Out of 10 I would give a 7 it wasn’t all bad. We just had to many issues with calls dropping or freezing.

I've been using Chase for a long time and am very familiar and comfortable with the software.

Pros

Keeping everything on one system - briefs, cost estimates, time sheets, etc. It is also easy to use.

Cons

Technical glitches now and then, however the Chase Customer Support team are easily accessible and resolve any queries promptly.
