This has changed our working life and the more information you put into it, the more you get out of it. No more juggling between spread sheets for Bump In schedules and Infrastructure spread sheets. The support is also amazing and no question is left unanswered and no questions is a stupid question. Pros We have not looked back after using One Plan, our suppliers and contractor find it really helpful and easy to follow along with all our staff. Highly recommend it for the event world. Cons Old version is a bit slow loading but other than that love it. Support is awesome and always reply. Can't wait to get into the new version. Great customer service and have really been helpful when we have needed customisation. The new version is so much faster and user friendly. Brilliant. Pros We've tried a few different options. OnePLan is head and shoulders above the rest for our purposes - running and mid sized multi day, greenfields festival. It is fast, easy to use, has almost every object we need. The fact that is has lat/long for GPS use is awesome. And we love the multiple Google base maps available. Cons This a new, super fast version. Features are still being added. WE are keen to see Areas include capacity details - how many vehicles in parking areas, tents and people in camping areas, crowds in front of stages. Also keen to see load in/out details.
