It helps me keep things organized and I love having everything in one place. Pros Agiled is my secret weapon when to comes to managing my business. From the CRM to onboarding new clients and handling the finances, Agiled is able to do it all in one place. The app probably saves me a couple of hours each week. In addition, customer support is very responsive and willing to go the extra mile when I have questions. Cons There is a learning curve so it took me a while to learn how to efficiently use the software. However, as I mentioned, customer support is great so it doesn't take long to get back on track when I can't figure something out. This has been very handy to streamline our workflow. Pros Agiled has a steadily improving UI, a responsive development team who are always looking to help users and improve the platform, and a rich feature set that is great value for money Cons As with any relatively new platform, there are the occasional bugs that come up. We have had some with formatting of invoices and custom translations not having any effect. The support team is usually quick to look into these issues.
