Creative Director Music Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "All-in-one Business Management" December 17, 2020 5.0 Pros I got in early so it was a steal since I could easily import from Hubspot and also got white labeling which gives my small business another level of professionalism. The team is always adding new features and improving things to make Agiled even more useful and user-friendly. Cons It can take some research to learn how to set-up and adjust a few things if you don't have CSS skills but I believe these will be made more accessible as the team continues. The visual design also feels a little flat and boring with limited options for customization. Im confident I'll be running my businesses from this tool for a long time, and my search for the perfect tool is over. Pros Ease of use, slick interface (that keeps getting better), white-labeling, great customer service. And it's all-encompassing. It seems like it has everything I need for multiple businesses that I run. I have been using Dubsado for the last few years and loved it but also noticed that some things were missing for me. Agiled offers so many amazing tools and I am looking forward to implementing all of them one by one. From CRM to offers, time tracking, project management - you name it. ...and much more. Pros I love that it combines my team and my client's workflows in one place. I am thrilled with the purchase so far. Cons I feel the design could be more adaptable and customizable. Pros For me, its always the team that comes first. I know Agiled team is going places with the amount of follow ups and updates they are sending me. The software itself is super easy to use and works seamlessly. No issues so far because their team seems to be proactive. I am not using it to its full extent yet, but will do soon. Cons None so far.
