Overall, the app has saved me lots of time. It helps me keep things organized and I love having everything in one place.

Pros

Agiled is my secret weapon when to comes to managing my business. From the CRM to onboarding new clients and handling the finances, Agiled is able to do it all in one place. The app probably saves me a couple of hours each week. In addition, customer support is very responsive and willing to go the extra mile when I have questions.

Cons

There is a learning curve so it took me a while to learn how to efficiently use the software. However, as I mentioned, customer support is great so it doesn't take long to get back on track when I can't figure something out.

Agiled has been a great CRM for us where we bring together our client base, financial tools, project planning tools and more into the one place. This has been very handy to streamline our workflow.

Pros

Agiled has a steadily improving UI, a responsive development team who are always looking to help users and improve the platform, and a rich feature set that is great value for money

Cons

As with any relatively new platform, there are the occasional bugs that come up. We have had some with formatting of invoices and custom translations not having any effect. The support team is usually quick to look into these issues.

My overall experience is so positive I have two subscriptions to it! Really pleased with the ongoing developments.

Pros

Agiled has a beautiful interface that is easy to white label to your agency's brand. It has been remarkably well developed over the last couple of years with a mammoth one update a day in the month of November 2024! You will really enjoy using this product as is evidenced by the number of positive reviews it has. There is also a mobile app!

Cons

There is not very much that's not to like about Agiled. If offers outstanding value for money.

Pros

Very easy to use, intuitive. Has all that I need to run my business within one platform. Was also able to cancel at least 4 other subscriptions (vCita, Toggl, SuiteDash, Chat-bot subscription); and I can see that I'll probably cancel some more.

Cons

Hmm... I'd like to be able to set "hot-links" - for example, I use the Projects and Contacts option dozens of times daily. I'd love to be able to have these two somewhere on the top of the page, and NOT have to click each time on a main heading so the drop-down opens, then click these... It is NOT a biggie, but it'd make life just a tad easier :)

SuiteDash is amazing, but you almost need a PHD degree in technology to set up things and use it. In Agiled, it's a breath to set up anyting (compared to SuiteDash). Again, love SuiteDash , but had to hire SuiteDash pros to set up things for me... I LOVE to be able to use and set up these platforms myself, hence the switch. I feel more in control.

With the understanding that this software is being developed and new features added as I'm working with it, so far the experience has been positive. I like the features they are constantly adding and the roadmap has a lot of potentially useful features coming up.

Pros

Value for money compared to other products. They are also actively developing and adding new features all the time.

Cons

Sometimes I think the UI can be greatly improved, but it is still early days so I am certain that at some point in the future a new layout will be forthcoming. I am missing proper drag and drop email sequencing for drip mailings.

I am very comfortable as I gradually adopt several of the feature-sets and capabilities of the platform for my business use. This is because it is backed by a team that is clearly committed to building a robust business management solution.

Pros

More than anything, I appreciate the team behind this software. They are hard at work, with frequent updates and new feature additions. I also love the extensive customization that makes the solution spot our brand elements right from the login, including browser favicons and perks like that, which are agency friendly essentials. Their training and walkthrough videos are also valuable, especially for smaller firms where one person handles multiple responsibilities and therefore needs to learn on the fly.

Cons

The ever growing feature-set, though a welcome surprise, can feel a bit overwhelming. Of course, we can pick our needs out of the lot, but it feels wasteful to have so much at our disposal while we use just a handful of features. Really not a negative, I guess, just...

Reason for choosing Agiled

I liked the extensive branding customization options. Eventually, as our operations grow and we being to use many of the feature-sets that Agiled offers to serve our clients, the on-brand essence it offers will prove extremely exceptional. Given what it offers, our clients will receive emails, proposals, contracts and reports from our branded smtp and get into their end of the portal through our branded login access.

From the moment I started using Aqiled for my new company, it has become an invaluable tool instreamlining my operations and enhancing productivity.Agiled is the perfect companion for my internal business startup projects and managing external projects for potential clients. With its comprehensive features, I effortlessly handled Request for Proposals and drafted essential contracts like Non-Disclosure Agreements and engagement contracts.The finance function within Agiled became my go-to for managing expenses and effortlessly uploading purchase invoices. It gave me a clear overview of my financial transactions and ensured I stayed on top of my financial responsibilities.When it came to project management, Agiled truly excelled. I relied on its powerful tools to track milestones, manage tasks and visualize progress through its Gantt Chart feature. \- Calendar/appointment booking system (especially for group appointments/availability/booking management) is unavailable.- Mind map unavailable for Project management- Require a more intuitive/flexible Sub-task, dependency Gantt chart, which also allows Excel upload/download and a vital pdf/image download function (to facilitate with the clients).- No archive system so we can archive completed projects and free up a cluttered design shortly. Also required for old invoices, expense receipts etc. (+ Integration for more cloud storage: e.g. pcloud, box, dropbox etc)- Inflexible report creation and no analytics for time tracker- No ability to allow custom entry of FX rates for invoicing, expense and any other finance forms/reporting.

Overall my experience with agiled has been fantastic in terms of invoice generation, information collection(via forms), project management, Proposal sending (the feature i use the most)

Pros

Agiled replaces several tools and makes the work of small business easy. In our business, we are using several tools in disparate technology. For example, we are using jotform to collect teacher data. Zoho creator to create and automate basic business process and quick-books for online accounting. We are using WhatsApp / telegram to communicate with customers. With Agiled, all the customer and team data can be centralized and there is no loss of information as it is no longer scattered. To me that is the greatest win. Another feature that I like about Agiled is inbuilt automation. We can have several automations at a low price.

Cons

Speed is a bit of concern. But the team has said, they are already working on enhancing the performance. The discussion module should have been more user friendly.

Combining a few different tools I need to run my business all in one. One dashboard, one admin experience, one client experience. SUPER important to me.

Pros

It has everything you need to run your business all in one dashboard. CRM, Project Management, Proposals, Contracts, Billing & Invoicing, subscriptions, client portal, and can even be white-labeled.

Cons

Although it touches everything I need to run my small business, it does take a while to get it where its custom to your business. There are a few quicks but I do see A LOT on their roadmap for the future.

### "Can't believe how many apps you can replace with Agiled! "

You can replace so many other tools with this one tool. It will save you a tonne of money therefore. My goal is to replace all my tools with it, as it evolves. This will bring my data into native integration, from module to module rather than tool to tool. That means I don't need to use Zapier, and that my data actually links up properly. I have tried so many other combinations and none of them really link up and integrate properly, especially as I'm on free tier of Zapier. This is infinitely better.

Pros

This is really an incredible all in one solution. It is genuinely full of features. I can't imagine how they deliver so much more than every other solution I've tried, but do it for such a cheap price. I love the fact that it has all these modules - literally everything you need: CRM Mobile App Scheduling tool Project Management HR Invoicing and estimates Wikis They are even promising an Accounting Module!! You can replace so many other tools with this one tool. My goal is to replace all my tools with it, as it evolves.

Cons

It's well integrated with other apps I use, mainly through Zapier, though I do hope they introduce a ClickUp native integration (or better still, improve the project management module to bring it into alignment with ClickUp functionality, though that's a big ask. I would like to see Workload management included in the project management section. I can’t really rely on the project management module unless I can see days that are too full of workload. The UI needs a big upgrade in my opinion, though the devs say they recognise that and are working on it.

The problem with this type of platform is often related to the price to get all the features. Some of their competitors have subscriptions that can reach 5000 euros per month, unaffordable for small businesses struggling to survive. Agiled is available at a ridiculously low price for the quality of the platform. This is a great opportunity for these struggling companies

Pros

I must admit that Agiled is an incredible concentrate of features accessible from a very easy interface which evolves very quickly ! I also note the development quality since I haven't found any bug yet despite the number of interdependent features.

Cons

Although it has a very short learning curve in the face of the incredible number of features, the overall design is not in line with the quality of the feature development. I guess this is not their current priority, and I think they are right. Nevertheless, I hope that a refresh will be added to their roadmap in not too long.

Agiled is a great tool for SMB agencies to manage their business. I've been able to move over by subscription management, client portal and sales/CRM without much effort. They have been very responsive to support questions and have a series of videos to explain some of the features although new features and improvements are coming out very fast.

Pros

Integrates sales pipelines, CRM, client portal and subscriptions/invoices. This enables us to easily progress leads to clients and then fulfill and retain them. We plan to utilize the automations and forms to streamline our new client onboarding process but haven't gotten time to start that yet. They are constantly improving the product so fast it is hard to keep up. It will be exciting to see where this product is in another few months.

Cons

There are a LOT of features in a fairly nascent tool. This leads to there being a lot of basic functionality but not a lot of depth in any one area. They are constantly developing the tool so improvements are being rolled out regularly. I would like to see a more strategic roadmap rather than bouncing around based on user feedback. Personally I think the collection of features is perfect for an agency like mine but there a lot of features that I don't use while others I do use are not robust enough in current form. I would probably use the tool more fully if the training was better quality and covered more topics but I can't imagine it would be easy to keep pace with the developers.

Truly its an all in one service than to get a seperate app for Accountaing, contracts ROI expensing financial control, Zapier integration ready, varying email service integrations from Microsoft, IMAPI, Gmail etc, as well as having the so many customizable options. Very straight forward!

Pros

I setup CRMs for several types of clients, and having the ability to customize the White Label, and change the colour of the branding was great for started. Then being able to customize the various piples, the fields in various sections and then automate the who process? So INCREDIBLE!

Cons

I wish there was a Kanban module for the pipeline, but its coming as its listed in the Road Map. As well when creating new fields, I was I can drag and drop the order, than to redo them. I would rather drag them around, but that too is coming. its on the roadmap! I justy can't believe the roadmap is open to all their users to add the improvements. A M A Z I N G !!

The App FlowLu was too complicated. Each time we tried to customize a setting, the process was either not available or the route to the step took too many steps.

Pros

I've been looking for a comprehensive OBM tool since being frustrated with the limitations of Dubsado and Asana and Agiled has everything I could ask for! Unlike others that I've tried here, Agiled has the ability to have client notes, automation, tasks, projects, a client portal, a time tracker, and so many other things. I think I've finally found the app that I've been looking for all along! Absolutely there is still room for improvement in some areas, but overall I'm very happy with this tool and see myself sticking with it for a long time.

Cons

The project management component is very clunky and not yet usable, but that's okay because I can see the potential there and am very happy with the rest of the product.

I was a bit worried jumping into Agiled. The reviews were good, it seemed to be what I needed, and there seems to be active development. But you just never really know what the reality is with a new tool until you dive in and put it to work. Ask me again in a year, but right now I'm way more than happy as a beginning user. In fact, I'm gonna get on the reseller bandwagon, and offer it to my clients, if I can. I would recommend Agiled to friends in a heartbeat - unless they compete with me - then I always conceal my secret weapons!

Pros

In getting Agiled all set up I was beyond impressed. This thing seems to do everything I need and more. Client management, invoicing, teams, projects, granular tasks, stats, charts, communication, user roles integrations, customization... everything I've thought of, I can do. And I can pretty well fully customize my white-labed, cnamed version (with a bit of CSS tweaking in my case, for my pickiness) and it's all branded, making me look even better to clients.

Cons

Not much to complain about! There are a couple of minor issues I've noticed in UI stuff that I'll try to share with the devs. I hope they are as good about customer support as they have been in app development. I'm not worried.

They add new features and improvements every month, so it's constantly improving!I see Agiled as a business in a box. It has everything you need to run your business, from invoicing and project management to marketing and sales. And because it has so many features, it can be a bit overwhelming. But I see that as a plus because you don't have to buy or use other tools. You can do everything within the software!

I honestly can't think of any downsides to Agiled. It's the perfect tool for any business owner or entrepreneur, and I love using it. It's a must-buy for anyone who wants to take their business to the next level!

### "All in one App in a friendly price tag"

Agiled benefits my company by most of the features included it makes the team more sync and the flow is far better than using different apps.

Pros

First, It's an all in one app. The most notable feature that I like is the CRM, Project and Task Management, the white label option. As an admin, I can change access role of each team, i can hide features that is not needed for a team or for an individual.

Cons

They need to improve the native mobile app. Though I heard they are releasing a new update.
