Very impressed! Pros The project management, CRM, and invoicing features are quick and easy to use so I spend less time on those tasks and more on my actual client's needs. Cons Some, literally just a couple, UI changes could be made to make things make a little more logically organized. They are always updating and improving the software’s features and I am overall impressed with my experience. Pros Agiled.app I absolutely love this program! It helps me to keep my agency organized. I am able to send quotes/proposals to clients, manage them, collab with them on projects, communicate…it’s just endless! The features are a huge plus. I highly recommend! My agency handles luxury experience designs, planning and management. We also work with Content Creators so there’s lots of elements that goes into our operations and Agiled is a lifesaver and great investment Cons I don’t like that the platform is currently employee focused. March 1, 2022 5.0 Essentially, the main problem I faced was switching between multiple applications. The customer relationship management (CRM) and the human resource management solution (HRM) are at the exact same location! This app saves me a lot of money. This app is combination of CRM, Sales, Human Resources, Task management, finance, and a few basic automation and I believe I got it through Agile. Excellent customer service, the product is great and getting better every day. Pros I was looking for a single source of an integrated combination for client relations, sales, human-resources management, finance, and some automation, and I think I achieved this thanks to Agile. Great service from the right side of the company, high-quality software, and getting better every day . Be patient--it takes a while to set up the system, but once you do, it's good. Cons Honestly, the tool can't be beat. I don't have a single complaint about it whatsoever, and I can't imagine a scenario where I should. Especially I love these features: contact management, invoices, tickets, and project boards. Cons The flow of UI/UX can be improved, especially when I navigate to each menu and sub-menu. Pros I purchased Agiled less than 24 hours ago. I was so excited to dive right in and use Agiled that already set up Agiled to manage several new business projects, created task boards, created workflow automation for onboarding my new Virtual Assistant to my business and to process payroll for my staff. I love the UI and for the most part is user friendly. I viewed the Chat feature to add the integration with G-Suite to my system. I would recommend Agiled to start ups and established business! I haven't used the contract feature yet but hope to do so as i continue to build out my business. Cons There are some templates, hopefully Agiled continues to add to the templates. Pros I have just started to play around with my account and have found it extremely intuitive and easy to use. Some reviews I've read before purchasing were painting the UI/UX as a bit outdated, but I personally considered that as one of the things that I liked the most so far. The UI/UX is indeed spartan, but this has not translated into confusion for me so far, quite the opposite: the consistency between the different modules paid off whenever I was searching for a functionality or setting. I was also swayed by the many reviews indicating an approachable and supportive team. Cons At first, the fact that the only name and presence I would see connected to Agiled everywhere was \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], left me a bit unsure about the stability of the company and the size of the team behind Agiled. I'm hoping Agiled is the solution to stay within one tool to make my life efficient. Pros I’m looking for an all-in-one business management tool as a freelance project creator. Agiled looks to have a lot of promise. When I first opened Agiled I was pleased by the look and fluidity to use the interface. I was able to start adding in some test clients, accounts, projects, etc. I wanted to see how easy the functionality worked before implementing the system into my work. The tool seems very fluid to set up new accounts. I do recommend looking at the Getting Started in Agiled and other sections in help. Using the management tool is user-friendly. I still wouldn’t know all the unique nuances without a little help. I recommend saving some time to get used to the app. It has a lot of features. As a solo operator, it will take a little time to get acquainted with all the functions. There are ‘team’ functions for businesses that want to have more employees/contractors use the app. Those features seem to be well integrated within Agiled. Cons There was one little quirk that I don’t know if it matters. If I click the “Finance” category on the left side then the subcategories are listed. (Dashboard, Estimates, etc.) If I click “Estimates” then the app immediately closes the “Finance” category and goes right to “Estimates”. I’d like the “Finances” tab to stay open so I could jump down the list to the next subcategory. (If I desired.) Reason for choosing Agiled I have some other CRM tools that I've looked into. Cons the UI can be better, but that is not the biggest issue a business can have. I think they do it smart. 80/20 rule. Making stuff pretty can be done later. The workflows enable me to keep a tab on how projects are running and the CRM means I can have my main prospecting and client pipelines all in one place. The main benefit is time saved in logging into one platform, from which to run my business Pros I love how Agiled has created a comprehensive business tool, with all that I need to run my business in one place and at my fingertips. I love the integrated CRM, which seamlessly links to the project management workflows for client projects. It means I can keep my team all on the same page while we work on client projects concurrently. I love how it integrates with Xero and Active campaign. There's even a meeting scheduling app in it, so I can replace my other scheduling software with this too. They've honestly thought of everything and I love this software. This is a great place to run client projects from and with my team. And a place to manage my team with the HR component and a client portal to keep clients on board with their work progress. Cons At this stage I cannot find anything I dislike. As with any new software, it comes with a bit of a learning curve and yet they've made the interface reasonably intuitive to use.
