I believe in the developers and think the product will be best in class within time. Pros I have tried multiple all-in-one systems before and found them either too expensive, to have too many features, or simply too hard to use. I found Agiled to be easy to set up and had the client portal set up in no time. I had a few questions/along the way and the support was instantly available, ready to help and to listen. I operate in the EU - so GDPR built in is essential, I am very pleased with this. The UI is nice - for me its a functional work tool, the main thing is the client login portal, looks nice and is fully whitelabelled. Built in Darkmode is pretty cool, I love that. Cons No mobile App as of yet - but works in mobile browser fine. Staff Design Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "The Best All-in-One CRM" October 17, 2022 5.0 I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I first began using AGILED, after few days of using it, I refunded my purchase to get the new Parallel Appsumo app. However, after days of using PARALLEL, I found out that it was not as comprehensive as AGILED. So I went back to AGILED and repurchased it again. I promised myself that I would be staying forever with AGILED for life. Features AGILED I liked most include allowing me to see my tasks for the day at a glance, contracts, proposals, HR, timesheet, leaves, chat, invoices, tickets, and many, many more. I've been using agiled for a few days now and I absolutely love it! It's helped me become more organized and efficient in my work. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a way to boost their productivity. Pros This software is great for managing contracts, proposals and e-signatures. It makes it easy to keep track of all the paperwork and makes it easy to get signatures from clients. Overall, this software has saved me a lot of time and hassle. Cons While the Software Chat is not fully developed yet, the Agiled chat customer support itself is wonderful! The customer service is responsive and very helpful. Not so much with Agiled—these guys really get it and have somehow figured out how to do a lotta stuff Very Well! Pros I like that Agiled runs smoothly, is simple to use and has a straightforward interface. And I’ve also noticed their dev team tends to prioritize upvoted update requests. All in all I’d say, it’s bee an invaluable tool at helping me organize my business. Cons Although it’s still missing a few features like tighter integration between the different modules, such as tickets and crm, from what I can see Asad and his team are always updating the app. So, I’m confident these issues will be tackled soon. A lot of tools all in one place and easy to use. Support is very fast and to the point just the way i like it. I also like how I can track my invoices and store all my important documents and contracts! Also they are very active in adding new features + their roadmap is also very promising. You can upvote features they have planned and submit new idea's! Also they have a good database of documents and videos of how to use Agiled. Great value for money! + it's in my own language. At this price point really a no brainer! 🔥🔥 Cons As of yet i haven't really found anything that i dislike about the product other than it's massiveness. Many other features enable me to do a one-stop business solution. Pros Fantastic product for the price. Many different features and uses with various clients and business parts are included. I love the timing feature on the website app to keep track of time on projects. Cons They are working on the accounting part. The only complaint I have is security, no 2-factor authentication, which leaves it open to attacks. I did send an email to check, and they are working on it. Pros As a big previous user of Hubspot all I can say is I was sick of paying such a high price for such limited functionality. Enter Agiled; the dashboard is clean / light - it honestly has all the main components of what you need as a hub to run your company. It’s a little too much to describe in one review, but you only need to go inside the dashboard and see the functions of the sales pipeline and automations. Cons Mosly it's all there, perhaps a dedicated marketing section with re-targetting + more sales pipelines. But saying that you would just connect it to your marketing software of choice. Cons What I'd like to see next: - Hoping to be able to change colors of things like on invoices and contracts (you can change the colors on the dashboard already, and it may just be that I haven't figured out how to change these colors on the contracts, etc.) - Hoping for prettier email templates and invoices and such (as a photographer and graphic designer, I'm worried about this sort of thing). October 5, 2021 5.0 I was not sure of what was expecting me, I was looking for something "Dubsado style" which could help me to better manage the things with my client. I was literally blown away when I saw how many things this app was offering, many more than what I was expecting. I am a brand designer and I really need to keep all documents in a place which could be shared with clients, but Agiled goes much more far than that: it allows me to manage proposals, billings, invoices and many other things which really put this app on another level. It also has the possibility to change the language, which is so much important for me since I work with clients from all over the world (every client can customize its own language). It absolutely worthed it. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and I am suggesting it to all the people I know! At the same time, I was busy with the distribution of work in between team taking their response so my time getting occupied with these things. which makes a full stop on the activity to bring new clients and scale. Then I researched on it and finally purchased the Agile CRM. I Literally loved the concept. Now I'm able to handle 80% of my business with Agiled. I'm bringing the leads, taking care of tasks, finance, and all. I'm happy with my purchase. with a few concerns, I love this software and love to use it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cons At the same time, I have a few concerns as well. 1. their support is slow or they are on the holiday as I have a concern and need help but did not receive any response even after 24 hrs. 2. Owner/Project Manager Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Great Now, Strong Product Roadmap" August 12, 2021 4.0 I tried other all in one tools, and was quickly disappointed by the complexity or the clunky approach taken, or by bugs in the system, or by limitations in the software's ability to match or improve on my prior system capabilities. Pros I like the menu and UI, it seems familiar and accessible. I love that I can integrate my Google Drive and/or Dropbox accounts. I like the proposal templates, which look like the ones I've been using. I'm super happy to have a client portal that my clients can manage their invoices in. I use Vbout, and found quite a strong Zapier library of actions. I'm also pleased by the existing workflow automations and can see that much of my manual labor and Zapier / invoicing / onboarding / project management issues will be resolved here. Cons Agiled is relatively new. There are some reviews that discuss bugs, shortcomings in existing features and so forth. However, my research of the reviews and the Agiled product roadmap shows a connection between complaints and roadmap items being pushed forward. The visual presentation is aesthetically pleasing and seems simple without being too basic. I have been looking for a business management system and believe this could be the one that covers all the bases. I am pleased to see that it integrates with SendFox. It's worth noting that as someone who is semi-techy, this seems like I can figure out the system without too much frustration. I also look forward to not paying a monthly subscription fee. Another thing I am looking forward to is the accounting feature. It will be fantastic to have one platform to manage "all the things." Pros The upcoming accounting feature! From going through all the helpful videos I can see that this product will be very useful, not just for CRM but tracking vacation/sick days of our employees and for tracking their time. The proposals and invoicing sections are also excellent and will save me in investing in other software to handle those functions. Pros The CRM section is excellent and I am able to move prospects through the pipeline. Also the time tracking feature is excellent.
