Pros That it appears to have a combined CRM and workspace. It looks pretty comprehensive, which is really promising. The UI is clearly laid out, in-depth, and aesthetic. I recently took another look and must say Agiled has really delivered. Based on what I see I feel safe going ahead and stacking more codes now. The UI is very clean for the most part. There are a few display glitches here and there but what new software doesn't. I look forward to expanding my business use of Agiled. All the essential things are together and I've eliminated 3-4 other pieces of software. Cons Although the UI is totally functional and useful, I think it can use a polish. Pros I am still learning to use Agiled, but looks pretty easy to use compared with other software. This will be an all in one business management solution. But I use this for my Real Estate Business, now I will have everything in a place. Cons This is a cloud service, that is good, but I hope someday it will have also an app for Android. I don't have a need a for a client portal, but something like this may sway me to start implementing. Pros The support has been amazing in my experience and is a strong point. The onboarding ie when you click on a new function, explainer pop-ups appear. Support reply rate have been quicker than most other SaaS providers. I also love how there is open APIs to help easily automate Agiled functions into existing business workflows. Has many integrations and refinements and improvements from this team has been great and very encouraging. Cons For any businesses that rely on email communication, at the moment, this may not be for you as you will not see a communication timeline. I have been told that they are looking into this function. No plans for email automation either , but they can be easily integrated with other providers. Reason for choosing Agiled The open API making it possible to integrate with my other software was a driver. I was even blown away by the Templates that you can import from the Marketplace! I am thinking this is all I need for right now! This was a thought out UI and I am liking the thought of having this as my go to CRM. It is really going to help me get rid of several other apps that we used, which will help us all to be more organized at the office with each customer's data and work in progress, but at the same time save us a substantial amount of money each year. Cons I think the employee attendance is lacking some features, but I really need to wait a little to see how it will calculate salaries at the end of the month and compare it to the software I've been using for more than 10 years. Reason for choosing Agiled I was just going to test it as I thought that it is too recent and claimed too much so it wouldn't live up to expectations. It combines everything that a small business needs to run a successful operation in one easy-to-use place Pros The platform is a super quick and responsive portal that won't keep you waiting every time you make a change to a page or task. The developers' willingness to change course if it improves the product and user demand. A roadmap with a great plan to integrate so much more than it already includes. Extremely easy to set up and use. I found myself up and running in less than an hour and a 10-minute review of the help documents. It includes so many great tools and features to get your business on track and looking professional. Cons There are are a few things that I look forward to seeing incorporated in to the portal and insistently their roadmap has them listed as "in development" or "planned". In essence, the whole process became much more manageable; It's an excellent tool for launching a new business, too! And, more improvements and features are coming for Q3 and Q4 of 2021. Pros The biggest advantage that Agiled has is that it has so many features in one platform. This makes is convenient that I don't have to learn or use other apps. I can manage my tasks, CRM, finance and even forms and tickets can be done. They have improved their interface and features over the past few months so that does give me confidence in their app. Cons The negative of having so many features is that many still have bugs and may not be very intuitive to use. The new proposal implementation looks great and with file handling beeing released it will be an even more complete multi-purpose business software. It does everything, including HTML proposals with templates, and clients can sign them off with digital signature. Very nice. Cons A feature I'd like is the ability to have project templates that include tasks, so that new projects based on that template will have the tasks pre-populated.
