Yes, there are some things I'd like to see improved -- but their team is very proactive and eager to make improvements. So not only is this a great tool now, it's going to get even better! Pros Agiled is easy to use and the developers are super responsive. Cons Some features need improvements. For example, their dropdown pick list feature for CRM is great ... but you can't edit the options right now. I mentioned that to their support team and they said they will upgrade the feature shortly. Again- very responsive. Review Source Hoang P. I got quite a few apps doing the same, but Agiled's agile UI really convinced me. Pros Agiled has a very clean and easy to navigate UI. This brings me confidence in using the product. Agiled offer full features for business requirements. From CRM, HRM, Finance, Proposal, Timesheet, Billing, Forms, Client portal, everything you need for managing businesses. Cons The speed of page loading sometimes is not the best. I faced sometimes when it took time to load, for example new forms. There can also be more features, for example Mindmap. I love that Agiled is a platform that helps me keep track of all the different clients I work with. It is also a great tool for my clients because they can see how many hours of work I've completed on their behalf and what is the status of all of my projects. I can easily compare different estimates and see how much more or less I am being paid compared to my expected pay. Cons I dont like itsDashboard and it mobile app is very buggy. mobile app is not usable. May 31, 2022 3.0 Pros Durante varios días he estado probando esta completa herramienta que sin duda permite gestionar prácticamente todos los apartados más importantes de un negocio (Proyectos, Tickets, presupuestos, facturas, nóminas, ...). Al principio resulta un poco abrumador el ver tantas funciones y configuraciones pero en muy poco tiempo realmente resulta intuitivo. Sin duda es una plataforma a tener en cuenta y con con super precio. Pocas veces encontrarás un CRM tan completo y con este precio en el mercado. Hay muchos CRM y posiblemente mejores, pero repito por el precio de esta oferta, yo desde luego no he encontrado nada. Cons Aunque hay varias cosas que todavía no funcionan a la perfección, la hoja de ruta es muy prometedora y si el equipo de Agiled se pone las pilas, conseguirán un producto redondo. It can honestly feel exhausting looking at everything. So, I'm taking my time and utilizing one section at a time. It will likely take me several weeks to a month to be using everything - and even then I'll likely still be learning some tricks. I also want to give credit to their support. I've bothered them more than I likely should, but they have been helpful and replied in a timely fashion. (Timely meaning as I would expect it, not the instantaneous world some of us live in.) Cons It is so robust that it can feel daunting. While I would love for this to be an easy-to-do option, with all of the modules, it will take some time to implement. Review Source ML Michael L. It has quickly matured into a useful product. While not perfect, it does work very well and keeps on improving at a staggering pace. That is where Agiled came in, great project management, and also so much more. Now clients can submit tickets, get proposals, invoices and estimates all from the one portal. Sirve para el 95% de las empresas, pero no es para todas. Pros Me gusta porque es autoadministrado. He utilizado scripts parecidos y el problema principal cuando trabajas en equipo es el soporte y la seguridad. Cons Qué sea autoadministrado también tiene limitaciones. Otra cosa que no me convence es la limitación de número de apis por precio. me gusta probar para aprender. Debería ser ilimitado y si acaso pagar por volumen de operaciones, no de integraciones. Pros A simple but highly effective tool to help a small business manage day to day customers projects and operations. I rate the easy setup and quick integrations with this solution. I was able to complete an integration in seconds and easily understand the instructions without having to review any manual or do search. It is intuitive. Cons No cons. I knew I needed a crm software to manage my clients. Agiled has been excellent for me so far. I did use another software called suitedash but I found it way to complicated to use unfortunately.But Agiled looked alot more simple clean and modern. Very happy Cons The only thing I would suggest is that the upload more tutorials on their YouTube channel. Even tho suitedash was still really confusing for me this is one thing suitedash did really well. Finally decided to go for it. Even if I never use it, just the function of proposals & finances is going to save me soooo much money. And the integrations look great. Cons Looking forward to multi branding as I have other businesses as well as CNAME email integration other than gmail and 365, though I believe that they are on the pipeline. That could have been very beneficial had i stuck with it. Cons Extremely clunky and slow.
