It's user-friendly, and provides a comprehensive all-in-one solution for managing all of your business activities. Other competitors don't go as deep as Agiled does. I am impressed by the breadth of Agiled's many features and abilities. My business will benefit in several ways from using it. You may manage your clients, jobs, bills, and items all from one spot with Agiled. I am happy to use the SAAS and look forward to new features and improvements in the future. The agiled platform does just that and it also integrates with my favorite applications so I can seamlessly switch between them. I don't have to waste time copying and pasting information into different applications. All I have to do is use one application and I can access all the information I need. The biggest advantage of this tool over Suitedash is its simplicity! It is easy to use and has a lot of features that help me manage my finances in a convenient way. I like that I can create invoices, estimates, and track my expenses all in one tool. I can also create sales pipelines and manage my growing sales team in this one platform. Agiled helps me manage my business more efficiently and most importantly helps me get more done in less time. Cons Nothing. It's robust but easy enough for us non-techies to administer and use. I am super keen for the upcoming basic accounting features. I think I'll get more out of it once I grow my team though, and start using more of the HR side of it. Pros I just started using it but I'm excited the most amount using it for basic accounting (invoices, expenses), task tracking and for payroll once I start hiring. You can have your accounting practice up and running in a less than an hour. Pros I love that the software has kanban and Gantt capabilities for project management. As I grow my team this is making it easier to see when projects are due. Cons I would love to see an app for clients to log in and I am not able to create a standard template for the filing system I would like my clients to have for financial reports. They still have some items that are in the beta phase but most things like project management and client portals work fine, which is what I was looking for. So far the tool has been a great help, we just need our team to get more comfortable with it, which comes with time 😊 Pros Team Management - easy to get the team on board and ready to go, You can set up different permission and let the team Manager see what they are doing. Project Management: Easy to assign projects to a team manager and then assign them to an individual colleague. Cons Need more Integration, like Wave, and other accounting software, Dark UI needs some work on some pages. I had to look for something that can handle CRM part of my businesses and I am really pleased with Agile. With Agiled I can manage my time, my employees and my finances all at one place. The integrations were easy to set up and I can keep track of every task and event that takes place in my business. I know that time is important for all of us, but saving time and having one place where I can manage appointments was a deal breaker for me. It even has templates for contracts, proposals, and invoices! I no longer need Dubsado or Wave. I also tried Flowlu, but I am sticking with Agiled. Inside the client portal, I can manage my clients invoices, projects, even do CRM. Pros You can do many things on just 1 platform. What I like: There are many integrations. The brand new CRM. Client portal. White label. Contract, proposals and invoice in one platform. Unlimited clients. Unlimited projects. Cons The mobile app is not yet as powerful as the desktop version. Wordpress plugin is not yet ready, but it is on the roadmap. I will just have to wait. Woocommerce integration is also note ready yet, but it is also on the roadmap.
