I have been looking for a tool that provides me with the ability to manage many different areas of my business. This tool has that and more!! Finance, HR, CRM, Project management, etc. Not to mention all the integrations that you can setup. I am only cracking the tip of the iceberg and can't wait to see how it will continue to develop.

Cons

As of yet I have not found anything to dislike.

Still implementing, but it's very encouraging.

Pros

I like the idea of a complete and very well-integrated all-in-one set of tools to manage customers, invoices, tasks, earnings, expenses... Agiled also provides a broad set of integrations and automations which ideally fit my needs. Agiled also enables to translate everything, which is an essential feature for me.

Cons

I'm not a huge fan of the interface, but it's a minor detail.

Great experience so far. Still learning some of the features and plan to move away from other programs to this all-in-one program.

Pros

Ease of use, SO many features. It's point and click and keeps our team on track.

Cons

I'd like to add custom columns that show under the client view without having to open the client record.

I have a few businesses with multiple websites, clients and employees and Agiled has been a real time-saver for me, I was looking for a way to handle most parts of my business all in one place and Agiled is the answer.

Pros

So far I’m very impressed with what Agiled has to offer, It seems to have everything you need and more to run your business. The UI is simple and easy to understand, although the UI definitely needs a brush-up. So I am excited to see what the future holds for Agiled.

Cons

There're a few bugs here and there but they're not critical, no software is perfect and the devs are friendly & responsive to feedback and bug reports. So I highly recommend it.

My experience has been very positive so far

Pros

It is very user-friendly & complete. The developers listen to the users and are constantly improving it.

Cons

I believe it needs a few more native integrations to autoresponders and auto-dialers but it is normal as it is a work in progress.

Reason for choosing Agiled

I like to avoid monthly fees whenever possible, and Agiled has a great lifetime offer in AppSumo right now, I could not let it pass.

Great so far! Very robust features—I have honestly not even scratched the surface on what it can do!

Pros

I am a one-person publishing company, and I've been looking for a CRM/PM all-in-one system that allows me to keep tabs on all elements of my project tracking and invoicing/financing. It's exactly the all-in-one I needed, with full customization, as my business scales.

Cons

The UI could be a bit more user friendly and intuitive. Also, I think the contracts/e-signature functionality could be improved as well so that it's easy to make various signing fields (date contract is signed, initials, etc.) and have it convert to a printable PDF easily.

Reason for choosing Agiled

Price was a major consideration—this is was an actually affordable option with all the features I needed.

Coming from a project management tool that was similar but lacking in the reporting, automation and HRM features - I was pleased to find Agiled.

Cons

I can tell it lags in a few places and I found some bugs when trying to put together proposals

I love Gantt Chart, this is must to efficiently manage a project, one of the reason I bought this deal – In most of the Project management tools Gantt is missing. Agiled replaces so many tools for business operations, like appointment tool – Replaces calendly, Finance tool replaces Quickbook and many more, Say no to recurring payments for various tools, just switch to Agiled.

Pros

Agiled is a complete package to run a business, which combines almost everything in one, Project management, Finance, Customers, leads & Employees. On top of that you get automated workflows, data rich reports for Tasks, timesheet, Finance, Earning & Expense, Leaves etc.

Cons

The UI experience, It can be improved & be more attractive

Look at what you value and see if it fits the bill. Client portals, time and the need to organize my brain are what I value. I'm consolidating my workflow which is awesome. I don't have to go back and forth to use different programs when they are all in one place.

Pros

I love that almost everything I want to manage my business is all in one place and the ability to get basic analytics. I like the projects, teams, roles, HR time tracking and client portals! Integrations and public API! What I love is responsiveness to their customers. I haven't had a chance to call their support yet (I don't need to) but I read a lot of other people's responses with customer support. I don't buy software unless I know I can get the help when I need it, and fast. Also, loving the roadmap and their development turn around progress!

Cons

There is nothing yet I don't dislike about the software. I'm still an entrepreneurial noob so I'm constantly learning what I need and don't need. However, I would like a combination of time tracking with tickets and ticket integration with other platforms. Oh and the ability to manage multi-brands per account would be awesome.

Being a GTD enthusiast, I deeply appreciate Agiled App since it allows me to look at my business at multiple levels of focus .. takes no time for me to switch between 10,000 feet and 100 feet views.

Pros

It has everything that startup could ask for - Prospecting, Onboarding customers, Project Management, Team Collaboration, Email Integration, Billing & Invoicing, et al!!

Cons

I wish it could offer Sub-Tasks and Task Templates, as well as multiple assignees on the same task.

Reason for choosing Agiled

Agiled offers end-to-end work management in a single silo -- very important for a startup, for a very small price.

Pros

One platform to handle most of the company's operational activities including CRM, HRM, Projects, Invoices/Billing, Chat, Support, and it's great for an SME like us to manage a remote team. It saves a lot of time and money testing out and switching between platforms. You can white-label the entire interface which is great.

Cons

It takes a bit of time to set up and you are not provided with a lot of onboarding materials. It might take somebody a lot of time to figure out what to do in order to fully utilise the platform's different functionalities.

We were looking for a platform where we could manage our projects, our customers, our finances, our pipelines and our business! Well we finally found it all-in one with Agiled.

Pros

Easy to use and have a promising roadmap with a lot of new features coming soon. The Wordpress and Woocommerce integration are going to be very useful 😉 The white-label option is awesome for our customers and our business model.

Cons

Like any other CRM, you have to take time to familiarize yourself with all the features. I was wondering if the pipeline would be added in the action or trigger of the automation.

Pros

I have been piecing together software for years with the Raggedy Ann method. Agiled offers so many tools under one system that it that I no longer have to create a patchwork of programs and manage separate payments. I am very happy with the purchase.

Cons

I don't yet have any negative feedback about the software. I just need to spend more time learning the tools to maximize my efficiency.

Pros

I have been putting the CRM features through its paces, and I'm impressed. The system obviously has some build-out that needs to be accomplished, but I am confident that the team working on this software is going to get it where it needs to be in order to be competitive in the space. I have paid a lot more for a lot less functionality. Customer service has been responsive, friendly, and helpful. I see a lot of potential and I'm glad I have jumped onto the platform at this time.

Cons

While easily customizable, it is a very bland interface with a techy feel to it. I don't mind techy myself, but it can be offputting to some. The promise of future features is exciting, but it's of course disappointing to "want it now" and not have it. I do believe the team in place will bring promises to fruition.

There are many products out there. I have used trials for some of them. I did not even need a trial for this software. Seeing the videos of the product was enough. What I know from using it so far is that it is a streamlined, efficient, intuitive, and easy product to use.

Pros

This product houses most if not all of the needs for your small business in one place. The website is easy on the eyes and user friendly. It creates a streamlined and efficient environment so that a small business owner can focus less on the tools and more on creativity. I really enjoy having a product that has project management, invoicing, time tracking, scheduling, and an online payment portal in one place. The YouTube channel has videos explaining many of the things that you may have questions about.

Cons

I have only been using the product for a short period of time. Have not found a con so far.

I wish I had Agiled to lean on in the days when I ran a business some decades ago. Now when retired, preparing to build my online business, it seems so easy to get started, constantly keeping myself and the staff, even customers updated on the progress – thanks to Agiled.

Pros

Agiled has a suite of analytics, management and automation tools that provide real-time insights into financials, marketing, and customer service. Managing multiple businesses under one account is in the works. I’ve tested a few other business productivity tools and Agiled is the winner. Although I’m now only in simulation phase, I feel very confident that with the right team and Agiled services, we will succeed!

Cons

I cannot think of anything missing or suggestion for improvements. It is still in beta and automation development will help both with CRM, HRM and project management. I'd love them to produce a mind-map feature.

I currently use Active Campaign as a lead funnel and CRM. I have been searching for a user friendly invoicing system that can connect my A/C CRM clients details and feed into Xero accounting. I was so happy to discover Agiled does this and way more. I am now working on tailoring it to be the hub of my business operations.

Pros

The ease of integrating leading SaaS tools into Agiled and the client contact system.

Cons

The inventory items feature requires work, but I'm told it's in the pipe line.

### "Agiled as a CRM for SMB's"

Started using Agiled about a year ago, and we weren't quite taken with it as a CRM due to quite a few bugs with usability and getting it setup. But after some back and forth with support we decided to continue using it based on the current roadmap of improvements planned. Rather than jumping between competing apps such as HubSpot, and freshsales.

Pros

1\. The UI has been much improved over time. 2. As a web based CRM app speed moving between tabs has improved greatly. 3. The fact that they actually listen to existing clients is a big PLUS for us.

Cons

CRM had quite a few bugs with usability and getting it setup. But after some back and forth with support we decided to continue using it based on the current roadmap Wish the built in ticketing was more polished. No Apple mobile app (currently under review)
