Eigentlich wollte ich mich nur auf das Onboarding vorbereiten und habe mir dazu viele Fragen auf einen langen Zettel notiert. Dann fing ich an, mich durch die Menüpunkt in der Test-Sandbox durchzuklicken. Die wesentliche Erkenntnis beim ersten Rumprobieren: es ist alles selbsterklärend, intuitiv bedienbar und man kann nichts kaputt machen. Somit hatten sich bereits fast alle meiner ursprünglichen Fragen von selbst beantwortet und ich ging mit einer nur noch sehr kurzen Fragenliste in die Onboarding Session mit \[sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet\]. Und das Wichtigste ist: die ersten Eindrücke bzgl. der intuitiven und leichten Bedienung haben sich in den ersten Tagen der Anwendung voll bestätigt. Wenn doch mal die eine oder andere Detailfrage aufkommt, bekommt man vom ContractHero - Team sehr schnell Antwort und Hilfe. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und können ContractHero weiterempfehlen.

Pros

ContractHero ist absolut intuitiv bedienbar, man kann nichts kaputt machen. Daher kann man schnell und unkompliziert loslegen ohne viel Customizing und Einstellungen.

Cons

Bis jetzt ist mir noch nichts aufgefallen, was bei der konkreten Anwendung von ContractHero stört oder nicht gut umgesetzt ist.

Contracthero hat unser Vertragsmanagement auf ein neues Level gebracht. Wir vermeiden teure Fristversäumnisse, arbeiten deutlich effizienter und fühlen uns perfekt organisiert. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert für jedes Unternehmen, das seine Verträge professionell managen möchte.

Pros

Contracthero ist unglaublich intuitiv und spart uns enorm viel Zeit. Besonders hilfreich sind die automatische Fristen- und Erinnerungsfunktion sowie die zentrale Ablage – endlich haben wir den kompletten Überblick über alle Verträge. Auch das Onboarding war super einfach, und der Support reagiert immer schnell und kompetent.

Cons

Bis jetzt haben wir nichts Negatives festgestellt – kleinere Verbesserungen im Reporting wären noch wünschenswert, aber das Team entwickelt die Plattform kontinuierlich weiter.

Pros

They're great for our internal process. Handling contracts, deadlines, and reminders are incredibly efficient, reducing the manual workload and minimizing errors within the team. We’ve seen a noticeable decrease in missed deadlines thanks to automated alerts and analysis, and the custom categories feature allows us to organize contracts in a way that fits our needs. Overall, ContractHero has delivered a strong ROI.

Cons

Nothing in particular - whenever there's any confusion and/or topics that pop up we reach out to the team and they're incredibly supportive in a timely manner

Als wir die Zusammenarbeit aufgenommen haben, hatte eine für uns wichtige Funktion gefehlt. Der Support konnte uns dann jedoch schnell eine Rückmeldung geben, wann diese Funktion kommt. Darüber hinaus gibt es keine Anmerkungen.

Ich bin in der Lage meine Verträge direkt aus der Software heraus unterschreiben zu lassen. Das Auslesen der Verträge funktioniert ebenfalls gut. Die Freitext Suchfunktion mit Blick in die Verträge funktioniert ebenfalls gut.

Cons

Bisher eigentlich keine. Wir nutzen die Software seit vier Wochen.

Die Drag-and-Drop-Funktion ist sehr hilfreich und die damit verbundene Vertragsprüfung macht es mir sehr leicht Verträge zu überprüfen und anzulegen.

Wenn man das Prinzip und die Funktionen verstanden hat, ist es sehr leicht zu bedienen und es gibt nichts, was mir negatives einfallen würde.
