Verträge sind durch die Kategorisierung schnell zu finden und die Erinnerung funktioniert einwandfrei

Übersichtlich, sehr einfaches und schnelles eintragen der Daten, hochladen der Verträge unkompliziert

Cons

leider passt die Ansicht nicht immer auf den gesamten Bildschirm ist aber über den Verschiebungsbalken kein unbedingtes Problem

Dank des Nutzermanagements sind unsere Fachabteilungen nun echte „Owner“ ihrer eigenen Verträge mit der Möglichkeit, alle Fristen selbst im Blick zu behalten und sparen täglich spürbar Zeit. Aus unseren Teams hören wir regelmäßig Begeisterung – ein Kollege meinte neulich sogar direkt: „Auf solch ein Tool habe ich lange gewartet! Toll, dass ihr das eingerichtet habt.“ Ein riesiges Dankeschön daher an das gesamte Team von ContractHero für die großartige Zusammenarbeit, insbesondere an Lia, die uns von Anfang an geduldig begleitet und immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Anregungen hat und auch an Lina und Lisa, die meine Supportanfragen stets blitzschnell beantworten.

Die Kombination aus innovativer Vertragsmanagement Software und einem wirklich überragendem Service! Die KI-Analyse und die direkt integrierte PDF-Vorschau machen das Anlegen und Einsehen von Verträgen zum absoluten Gamechanger im Alltag. Zusätzlich überzeugt ContractHero auch menschlich auf ganzer Linie: Der Support ist herausragend – direkt erreichbar über die Chatbox, schnell in der Reaktionszeit, sehr kompetent und stets lösungsorientiert. Eigene Wünsche und Feedback werden nicht nur angehört, sondern aktiv und wenn möglich auch direkt technisch umgesetzt.

Cons

Hier kann ich nichts Konkretes benennen. Selbst die sehr herausfordernde Datenmigration aus unserem vorherigen, sehr veralteten System, hat CH mit Bravour, guten Lösungsansätzen und Pragmatismus wunderbar gemeistert.

Insgesamt habe ich mit ContractHero sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Plattform unterstützt eine strukturierte und effiziente Vertragsverwaltung und sorgt für mehr Übersicht im Arbeitsalltag. Besonders hilfreich sind die zentrale Ablage, die einfache Suche und die Erinnerungsfunktionen. Insgesamt ist ContractHero eine praktische und zuverlässige Lösung für Unternehmen, die ihre Verträge professionell verwalten möchten.

Pros

Besonders gut gefällt mir die übersichtliche und benutzerfreundliche Gestaltung von ContractHero. Verträge lassen sich zentral verwalten und schnell wiederfinden. Die KI-Verifizierung ist ebenfalls sehr hilfreich, da sie Verträge schnell analysiert und dabei unterstützt, wichtige Inhalte oder mögliche Auffälligkeiten zu erkennen. Auch die Funktionen zur Fristenüberwachung und die automatischen Erinnerungen erleichtern die tägliche Arbeit erheblich.

Cons

Die KI-Verifizierung ist grundsätzlich eine sehr hilfreiche Funktion, macht derzeit jedoch noch vereinzelt Fehler. Die Ergebnisse sollten daher stets überprüft und nicht ungeprüft übernommen werden. Außerdem könnte es noch mehr individuelle Anpassungsmöglichkeiten geben.

Die Bedienung ist weitgehend intuitiv und unterstützt eine effiziente tägliche Arbeit.

Pros

Klare und übersichtliche Struktur, einfache Bedienung und eine gute zentrale Verwaltung von Verträgen und Fristen. Besonders hilfreich ist die KI-gestützte Auslesung von Verträgen. Relevante Vertragsinformationen, Fristen und Inhalte werden schnell erfasst und übersichtlich dargestellt, was die tägliche Vertragsarbeit deutlich erleichtert.

Cons

Teilweise könnten die Auswertungs- und Anpassungsmöglichkeiten noch erweitert werden. Gelegentlich kommt es auch zu kleineren Fehlern in der Darstellung. Positiv ist jedoch, dass der Support sehr schnell reagiert und bei Problemen unkompliziert weiterhilft.

Overall, ContractHero is a solid and very user-friendly tool at an extremely attractive price point, which we really enjoyed using for our overall contract management across all kinds of contracts.

Pros

Great platform with a clear overview and highly intuitive user interface. The small team is very customer-oriented and responsive. Excellent value for money.

Cons

Information can sometimes be a bit nested. Due to the storage structure, there are minor limitations regarding flexibility, especially when it comes to underlying structures like teams and permission management.

Pros

The clear overview of all contracts and the automatic deadline reminders are outstanding. We never miss a notice period again, the data extraction saves us a lot of manual work, and the interface is intuitive enough that new colleagues get started within minutes. Support is fast and genuinely helpful.

Cons

Very little to complain about. The initial upload and structuring of our older contracts took some effort. Nothing that affects daily use – and the team responds quickly to feature requests.

The AI-powered features stand out as the most compelling aspect of ContractHero. The platform's ability to automatically extract, classify, and flag key contractual clauses significantly reduces the manual review burden and minimizes the risk of overlooking critical provisions. This functionality is particularly valuable when managing a high volume of agreements under tight deadlines. Equally impressive is the support provided by Lia, whose responsiveness and practical knowledge ensured that any question or issue was addressed promptly and effectively. Her proactive approach made a genuine difference in how quickly our team was able to adopt and make full use of the platform.

Cons

The QES signature presented some initial difficulties, as the process was not immediately intuitive and required a considerable amount of time to fully understand. Despite repeated follow-ups via email, the support team struggled to grasp the nature of our issue, which ultimately necessitated scheduling a dedicated meeting to resolve what should have been a straightforward matter. While the meeting did lead to a resolution, this added an unnecessary step that could have been avoided with more attentive handling of the initial correspondence. That said, Lia was instrumental in coordinating the meeting efficiently and ensuring the matter was brought to a swift conclusion.
