It was easy to implement, customized perfectly into our existing workflows and an unexpected benefit is that we were able to reduce operational costs that weren't even on our radar for optimization. Pros You can tell that the Pillir team really care about their clients. When we came to them with a complex business process for oil & gas that we needed to execute in a mobile, offline environment, I had expected that any solution I found was going to require a significant development on our part to integrate it into our SAP environment. EdgeReady Cloud fit almost seamlessly into our environment and I didn't have to add any other resources to the team to make it happen. We were able to roll this out and start using it within 3 weeks which is way faster than I had expected. Cons Nothing. The entire process was smoother than expected and we've already identified many other areas where we can use EdgeReady Cloud to improve our workflows. It helps to fix the ownership through the work flow. Pros The SAP process integration has the most impact. Earlier the users have to use multiple click to view the required data for approval and they required the SAP GUI (3 to 4 minutes). Now we can able to approve all the documents from Mobile apps less than a minute, since all the required data is mapped on single screen. It is very easy to view or download the supporting documents for audit / reference. Cons The user based transactional data reports and metric dashboard is missing. However, this not impacting the user experiences or process.
