Not much Training needed to work system it is so user friendly. Cons Have no Cons for this POS system,if something does go wrong techincal support is just a phone call away. Cons There is nothing i dont like. But what would be helpful is a tutorial teaching clients how to use it. I keep having to phone customer service as i was new to the accounting process and i felt so bad to keep bothering. I would have loved to be able to watch a tutorial on how to do everything.
