### "Easy to use form builder with lots of integrations"

August 18, 2021

4.0

I was very happy with gravity forms, especially when we realized it integrates with other tools we used such as Sharpspring, Zapier, and more.

Pros

It was easy to implement with WordPress and other tools we used to integrate it with. It captured the contact info easily and stored them so we can look back at them

Cons

It's a very simple tool with basic functionality.

### "Better than Contact Form 7"

July 15, 2022

5.0

Pros

We used to use Contact Form 7 for a long time and then made the switch over to Gravity Forms and we couldn't be happier. It’s a flexible, customizable and passes the data the right way for our own and our client's needs.

Cons

Occasionally it has a problem or two connecting to crms but that's rare

### "The best plugin especially if you need to integrate the API"

May 16, 2022

5.0

Pros

In my career as a developer I hardly have to implement simple forms, my clients always ask for impossible things. Gravity Form allows you to do even the impossible things so I can only recommend it. Excellent documentation and the possibility of interfacing also via API. It also offers a myriad of integrations, great !!

Cons

According to the use I have made of it, I do not find any serious defects.

### "Most Flexible Forms Builder for WordPress"

April 18, 2022

5.0

Pros

I have been using GravityForms for years. It has all the basic features you would need in a forms builder, but its third-party integrations are excellent. You can pretty much do anything you wish with the forms and data including building complex automation.

Cons

The only thing I was was easier is to configure the look and feel of the forms without using CSS or third-party plugins.

### "Gravity Forms - a great web tool"

April 14, 2022

4.0

Overall Gravity Forms is a great tool that can be used for so many things. Every two weeks I create a new form for events, polls, payments, sign-ups and so much more. Definitely a must for website design. You don't have to be a coder to use this product!

Pros

Gravity Forms is a great plug-in. I love the drag and drop features and the new upgrades. It also integrated with my payments portals easily.

Cons

There is no real-time help and the documentation is not clear at times. The videos are helpful. Also, it was not obvious how to integrate it into my site at first but when I figured it out it has been great.

Reason for choosing Gravity Forms

It came highly recommended by another web designer. He told me that coding was not necessary and I could customize it to make it part of the branding of my site.

### "More than just a contact form"

July 28, 2021

4.0

Pros

I like Gravity Forms most because it's an extremely versatile tool. You can create forms to do surveys, contact forms, quizzes, etc. It can make your website more interactive for your users. It's also possible to split up the form in different parts where the next part that is shown depends on the answers. It also allows you to calculate fields based on answers given. Further you can easily integrate with all kinds of software apps. All in all it makes it an extremely versatile tool.

Cons

From time to time there's security issues, which can be troublesome because hackers can use it to gain access to the WordPress installation. It means that you have to stay subscribed to the software to ensure you always keep the installation updated with the latest security patches. I would also love to see features where you can use Gravity Forms to save information to users so it can be used to expand WordPress member sites with extra functionality.

### "Complicated and not at all intuitive"

May 27, 2022

3.0

We used Gravity for surveys, questionnaires, and event registrationsapier

Pros

I didn't really like much about Gravity Forms. I suppose having it in one place in the Wordpress installation could be considered a benefit.

Cons

Cramped workspace, unintuitive controls, wonky features. There are so many better tools out there. We realized that we do NOT need to have our forms integrated into the tiny Wordpress panel, so we moved away from Gravity as soon as our subscription was up.

### "Solid form app with a few minor limitations"

March 20, 2024

4.0

Overall, we've been using it for 10 or so years now and have mostly been happy with it.

Pros

Having all of the forms easily accessible in one spot on the site is very ideal and probably the best feature. Very easy to use with the Divi Theme

Cons

You have to use CSS in most cases to customize the designs. The email it sends to people with the results aren't great but it's adequate. Can be difficult to integrate with Zapier apps

### "Best forms plug in ever"

October 13, 2022

5.0

Very easy to use! The flexibility and functionality is super powerful

Pros

The built in CSS codes we found online (https://www.gravityforms.com/blog/css-ready-classes/) made designing our forms to fit our site design so easy! I am not a developer and using Gravity forms was so simple I felt like an expert.

Cons

I wanted to be able to make the font size a bit smaller and found that challenging to figure out.

Reason for choosing Gravity Forms

### "Spoiled by Formidable Forms, Gravity is price gouging for very limited features compartively"

March 22, 2022

4.0

Totally unimpressed over all. Shocked at the price tag and underwhelmed with its abilities.

Pros

You can use it to accept payments - I think there's a Stripe integration and some other integrations that I haven't needed. The admin of the form builder is relatively intuitive.

Cons

I seriously didn't realize until going to use Gravity on an "adopted" website how much better Formidable Forms is than Gravity forms. What lead to my review today - I create calendars all the time with Formidable forms. You cannot do that with Gravity Forms, not even with the $500/yr Elite license. Seriously!? Their only option is a 3rd party add-on that's another $49/site/year!! That's insane. for "the best" form builder, you'd think you could make a booking form with it.

Reason for choosing Gravity Forms

### "My favourite WordPress form builder, but not cheap"

October 14, 2022

5.0

Very happy with Gravity Forms overall.

Pros

It's very easy to build powerful, complex forms with Gravity Forms, and even integrate them with third-party CRMs.

Cons

I subscribe to the developer license, and it is not cheap.

Reason for choosing Gravity Forms

Easier to use, more powerful too.

### "Keep your feet on the ground with Gravity Forms"

September 1, 2020

4.0

Overall I do enjoy Gravity Forms and what it has to offer. You can do so many different forms in different ways.

Pros

I have been using Gravity forms for quite a few years and enjoy the ease of use the amount of functionality you can get from it!

Cons

As time has gone on, the support is not as good as it used to be and less things are being covered in the support. Little things keep breaking which is a pain. Also not being able to style the form easily is really annoying. IUt should have styling functionality right out of the box and not have to search for solutions that may or may not work!

Reason for choosing Gravity Forms

I use Gravity Forms and Formidable Forms together.

### "Works as it's meant to"

Cons

### "Used to convert paper client forms to online forms! Much better!"

April 28, 2021

5.0

Gravity Forms has eliminated paper forms for our business and everything can be filled out online now, which has been awesome! It's faster and clients definitely prefer it!

Pros

We used Gravity Forms in many places on our website that allowed clients to fill out paperwork/forms online through our website instead of the old fashioned way of using paper forms. Must better to have the digital forms instead of paper!

Cons

The software is pretty tedious to get set up for the first time. There are a lot of different options to put on your forms, but it is a slow, tedious process getting it set up for the first time.

### "The top WordPress plugin. My working methods and the way I develop strategies are altered by gravity"

February 20, 2023

5.0

I can get leads with comprehensive data and fill my CRM. Both notifications and confirmations are forwarded to the customer by my sales staff. I have the ability to accept service request intakes, distribute surveys, and develop and deliver several signup forms to various locations.

Pros

Very little to be unhappy about. It would be nice if they had some of the basic options accessible to choose from (button colour, font size, type), merely to save time, if I had any complaints, it would be that I always end up having to write my own CSS to design it.

Cons

Not much to be unhappy about. If I had a complaint, it would be the fact that I always wind up writing my own CSS to style it. It would be nice if they had some of the basic options accessible to choose from (button colour, text size, and type), just to save time.

### "Hard to remember using forms before Gravity Forms"

June 27, 2021

5.0

Overall, Gravity Forms is the only form software you should use on your Wordpress sites. After using it for the short time we have, we've completely forgotten all the struggles we had with previous forms because of how top tier Gravity Forms has been. Life time customer.

Pros

The ability to include customization is the number one reason this is one of my biggest "go-to's" for my website. Being able to embed links is huge and also super convenient. We use it to link users to things just as an external terms or service page before clicking certain boxes. It's a lifesaver to not have to double up on work and add that exact same URL somewhere else on the website.

Cons

The customer service has always been very professional and overall very quick. But currently the only way to contact support is through email. Which automatically causes some delays in the communication process. Being able to have an instant fix through a tech support call would be a huge feature to allow "Instant" fixes.

### "Flexible Wordpress Forms"

February 1, 2022

4.0

The tool is complete, from API integration, custom forms, third party integrations, and even the templated forms does have a very good features by default.

Pros

Gravity forms is a good plugin for Wordpress, it is easy to use when you want to integrate it to other softwares and enabling APIs.

Cons

The only limitation that we experienced in Gravity Forms was the fields IDs, hopefully in the future they can make the fields IDs to be flexible and customisable.

### "Great Form Builder!"

November 18, 2022

5.0

It's a positive experience with close monitoring.

Pros

Gravity forms is a very easy-to-use form creator for WordPress. It allows you to create complex forms in a breeze, plus all configurations and notifications are easy to find. One feature I like the most is that all interactions are stored in the plugin. If there are SMTP restrictions, you can collect/retrieve inputs.

Cons

Sometimes this plugin causes the WordPress site to go offline. This requires close monitoring, but the solution is quick, just need to upload the latest version, and all goes back to normal.

### "A Contending WordPress Form Builder"

April 15, 2021

3.0

Gravity forms is a good WordPress plugin no doubt, because it was part of my learning curve while building with WordPress. But I'd wish they work on their UI to give users better usage experiences.

Pros

Gravity forms has great logical features that can allow you to build form applications that can meet the need of any project. Another good thing is it's multi-page feature that brings down long forms into smaller pieces and bits.

Cons

Gravity forms plugin has a very uninviting user interface. Dull colours and unfriendly styling. Most times I have to struggle to see what is written as notifications and alerts when filling out the form.

### "La solucion mas completa para formularios"

November 5, 2022

5.0

### "Forms for days"

August 12, 2022

4.0

Much better than any competitor solution that I've used.

Pros

Gravity forms is very flexible, allowing for a variety of different form configurations, that and connecting to many different CRM and other add-ons make it very useful for a lot of clients. Front-end is a little bulky, but worth the trade off for it's functionality.

Cons

Front-end is a little bulky but with caching isn't too much of an issue.

Excellent selections and I like the customizing it can do for my business.

Pros

If you need forms for your business whether a large or small company, this system allows you to get and create a variety of forms for many business uses.

Cons

Possibly forms that are not needed- but this is really more of a preference

### "The only WP forms plugin I use"

December 15, 2020

5.0

I have an unlimited license that renews each year, and it's well worth the money.

Pros

It is solid. I can pretty much count on any issues with a site having nothing to do with Gravity Forms. And with all the integrations, you can use it for just about anything.

Cons

To be honest, there isn't really anything I don't like. I came across a use case where I wasn't able to have 2 forms active on the same page. I was able to work around that though with a revised page design. No biggie..
