It keeps all my client work data in one place especially helpful around tax time. I can even setup a client portal where my client can see invoices, other relevant docs (like contracts), and even conversations. Sharing contracts and invoices is easy to manage and I like that I have some branding or customization availability - it's not perfect but it works. It does have a free subscription which allows 3 clients and that's a good place to start. Pros It has a lot of features that are useful for business users. For the most part, it's a user friendly software and if you take the time to learn the ins and outs can really make a difference in how you manage your business and clients. The cost for the software isn't too high and I do think it's affordable especially if you consider the features however, I would like to see a $15/m subscription that allows you to have a few more customers on your roster. Cons Some of the features are clunky like scheduling, form design, and adding multiple links or buttons. There is a learning curving it's not extensive but if you have never worked in or with a CRM or a Project Mangement tool you do need to spend time learning how to make the most of templates (make sure they right for your systems), workflows/automations, and setting up your dashboard. It works much better as a CRM than a project management tool. It is easy to use, and has many great qualities. One of the few CRMs that seems to "do it all". Pros There is a lot to love about Dubsado! Their workflow system with automated emails is desirable. I love that our email inbox is also recorded and reflected in Dubsado. The cost is not too much, especially if you can catch them on one of their annual sales. The customer support is top tier and fast to get a response. Lastly, it is user friendly for even the most novice user. Cons I wish the calendar function was better, that you could jump to a specific date, and that you can hover over a project to see the details rather than needing to click into each project. I also would love to see an "upload photo" function outside of the notes section (easier, less clicking). Pros I love to use Dubsado for my business! What I like most is that I can have clients easily accept a proposal, sign a contract, and pay their invoices all at once. Cons What I like least about Dubsado is the learning curve. Figuring out the best setup and learning how to automate your workflows takes quite a bit of time. The client portal isn’t that great so I have to use a different project management tool. But it integrates really well with most things so it’s not too much of a problem.
