Having a mobile app for your association is a necessity. I can't imagine us functioning without it! At the height of the pandemic, it was a lifeline for so many of our members, as we were able to push out news as it was happening. What other platform allows you to do that?

Pros

The staff at Clowder made the onboarding process very easy. We were provided a spreadsheet of items needed along with a timeline of the process with due dates. We knew exactly what was happening at any given time. The support staff has been amazing. Quick to respond and quick to get an answer.

Cons

After a while, as with any software, you begin to see things you would like to have implemented, but they aren't essential initially.Clowder has always been receptive to receiving feedback and ideas from its clients.
