We tested over 100+ different solutions and after 2yrs of using Asteroom. We are still very happy with the software Product. The Asteroom app makes capturing processes very easy to do. Has direct Integration with Insta360 and Theta cameras. All our Photographers love using it. Pros First, Best pricing period. The ability to Do it Yourself or Have them send out someone to do it for you is great! The Quality is same or better than Matterport, EyeSpy360, Metareal..etc and when you compare the entire process from start to finish. Asteroom takes the win on speed and affordability. Asteroom shows they care about their product with frequent Quality Updates and Features. Cons I would like to see Google Street View Integration, but that's not really a "Con" and more so a suggestion? Asteroom's cost versus Matterport and similar is a fraction of the price. And it allowed us to pass those savings to our customers by having more affordable service pricing. Alternatives considered [Metareal Stage](https://www.capterra.com/p/199697/Metareal-Stage/) Reasons for choosing Asteroom The process from start to finish and overall cost per project couldn't come close to what Asteroom was offering at the time. Metareal dollhouse and tour stitching process was extremely time consuming. With Asteroom's better pricing, they do it all for you. I found this product while scrolling my Facebook newsfeed and began reading up on it. After doing my research and learning that the product did not require a minimum number of months or an automatic recurring fee each month, I was sold. The equipment startup costs were minimal and I was impressed by the quality. The additional features were great too. Each property that I have completed a virtual tour for, I have also added a Dollhouse view. It is for an additional fee but the value for marketing is there. I can make the file shareable and even track how many views I get in a simple presentation. The comments I have received have been very positive - including from other agents taking notice. This is my secret weapon and in this industry it takes something like this to differentiate yourself from the rest of the pack. I’m glad to have found something that works for me and for keeping my marketing fresh! I had one minor hang up (my fault) and I contacted customer service fully expecting to be on hold for an hour. I was surprised that my call was answered by a real person. Not only that but that person assisted me themselves - no being transferred multiple times while trying to find the right department. They resolved my issue quickly, easily and even followed up with an email. I have been very impressed all around! Pros Easy to use, syncs effortlessly to my phone, simple process Cons The only thing I don’t like is that they don’t offer automatic billing. The service will drop off if I don’t renew prior to the end of the month. When I spoke to a representative regarding an unrelated issue they said that feature is in the works!
