My overall experience with messenger bot is awesome and i loved using it.It can be integrated with other softwares.

Pros

The best thing about messenger bot is that its ai.There are a lot of features in it and the user interface is very simple and easy to use and also setup.The technical support offered is very appreciable.

Cons

There are no cons in this software for me.Its constantly developing by rectifying its errors.

Overall I'd say the service works but for someone new to the industry of setting up Messaging bot services it can be tough to get into, expensive and quite challenging to integrate.

Pros

The Pro's of this software is that well it works when you understand how to utilize the potential hidden away. The Ai is smart enough to do commands and sentences that do work as intended.

Cons

It is very difficult to integrate. A few of my employees using this for my tuition service to students found issues integrating this product as it isn't very user friendly.
