Not the best. We signed up to the trial to see if this service could help us, on the same day it became apparent it was not what we were looking for so cancelled the trial and subscription. But you can't on the website, you have to contact support. Which we did. They replied that it would be cancelled. We got charged. We wrote asking to cancel the service again, they said they would. We got charged again. We wrote asking to cancel again, no reply. We got charged again. We wrote asking to cancel again, no reply. Short of filing a bank dispute, there appears to be no way of cancelling.

Customer service was prompt to reply - Initially.

Customer service not going through with what they agreed.
