Horrible - I would never use them again.

Pros

The email integration did work… but with a huge catch.

Cons

The arbitrarily raise the price excessively with minimal warning once you’re embedded.Beware. We got a 30% raise - across our entire user base.

Very difficult. No support. Hard to cancel. Phone number does not work either.

Pros

They initially are very nice people and the concept I thought was awesome.

Cons

I brought on Nylas under the impression they could help us with scheduling in our software. For the first year our team tried to get their software to work with no success. Afterwards I wanted to cancel and was informed that we had a one year agreement.Then I found out it was auto renewing. I said I wanted to cancel.I called and said I wanted to cancel . They said they couldn't do anything because it auto renewed even though services had not been rendered.Then I received an email asking if I wanted to cancel and I called the rep \[sensitive content hidden\] and said yes!Then it auto renewed again and after making a big deal about it this time they finally canceled but never refunded or rendered any service at all in the last 3 years. Stay away
