The app is a great tool, the service is easy to navigate and the staff are very professional Pros Very easy to use app with good interface and the videos are actually quite well done Cons The colors and user design are a bit sterile. The entire vibe of the app should be a little less depressing and it could be more targeted at younger users. Pros What I like best is the handouts associated with the wellness topics. These serve as excellent takeaways to use as regular reminders. Cons In Lyra, it would be helpful if one of the optional filters that users could search for a therapist on is religion in order to be matched with a counselor who shares their faith and can help provide spiritual recommendations for wellness. I can navigate thru the app based on your personal life or work life stressors. I can search for therapists of my choosing and easily schedule sessions online to fit my schedule. I have learned new mental health skills & techniques that I have applied to everyday life from completing the lessons they offer on this app. Pros The mental health skill lessons library that you can read & complete at your own pace. Cons Wish I was eligible for more than 8 free therapist sessions because they have been so helpful!
