Overall: My employer told me about this app and I am so thankful for Lyra! I can navigate thru the app based on your personal life or work life stressors. I can search for therapists of my choosing and easily schedule sessions online to fit my schedule. I have learned new mental health skills & techniques that I have applied to everyday life from completing the lessons they offer on this app.
Pros: The mental health skill lessons library that you can read & complete at your own pace.
Cons: Wish I was eligible for more than 8 free therapist sessions because they have been so helpful!
