A good tool in managing CRM, technical support is constantly available, we recommend it for companies of different activities and sizes.

Pros

A good program for managing CRM operations. Using this program, sales operations can be managed and deals tracked. It is useful in monitoring invoices and in issuing and tracking reports. It also helps in managing e-mail campaigns.

Cons

The price of the program is a little high, it needs training at the beginning of use, it is difficult to make changes to its elements.

Its an indepth management software with many modules, our interest was the CRM

Cons

Initially looks complicated, however this is due to extensive modules and features built in to this complete software. However the support is excellent and one can get moving quite quickly

Offers better value, and also the extensive features and benefits, its a complete company management system with many other modules, like accounts, inventory, project management etc.

Pros

One major benefit of using OneHash is its intuitive user interface which makes it easy to learn and use. The system also provides powerful data analysis capabilities, allowing users to gain valuable insights into their customers' behaviors. Additionally, the system can integrate with other software solutions such as email marketing platforms or payment processing services making it highly flexible for businesses. The system also has a strong reporting feature that can be customized according to the preferences of each business.

Cons

Based on my research, I did not come across any significant concerns or issues with OneHash. It is important to note that every business has unique needs, so what works well for one may not work for another.

Very flexible; almost everything possible; you need to invest some time for the setup; very proactive and fast support.

Pros

It is very customizable and there is a flat fee per month and no user based charge.

Cons

It offers a lot of flexibility, but seems to be tricky to setup at the beginning.

I am really glad to get implemented such a flexible application for my organisation. It empowered me to replace many application which ultimately reduced my cost to some instant.

Pros

This software provides a simple flow between all operations. Everything is channelise and provide automation for each and every department.

Cons

Till now, I have not found any difficulty in the operations. Everything is fine and fulfilling my requirement easily.

Pros

Ask for a feature it’s already installed all you need it to enable it and customise as per your requirement.

Cons

Lot of learning curve need to invest time to understand the software.. preferred to have video recording if software know how’s.
