Pros The online system is extremely easy to use and our management system is capable of printing directly to the system. It tracks fully the times sent, signed dates etc of the documents. Cons Right now, I have no complaints about this system. Clients appreciate that they don't need to set up an account to be able access their documents and the ability to access from a smart phone or any computer is HUGE for the ease of access for the clients. We are able to get our applications signed and returned within minutes and that a big deal when we are trying to place coverage for someone. Pros very easy to use for the customer and their client. October 24, 2017 5.0 Pros Makes getting documents signed so easy and efficient. I really don't know how a business could operate without it and provide a seem less client experience. The importing of documents, the follow up, and the ability to easily document the exchange make InsureSign invaluable. Cons The new version took out many of the frustrations found in the old version. It makes the process of doing business much more streamlined. Pros The simplicity of InsureSign is fantastic. It's easily the best bang for anyone's buck. There's many options for a customer's input such as Full Name, Signature, Date, Text Field, Initials etc. Once a customer has completed their E-signature - I can choose to have the completed docs CC'd to my CSR who can then save to our agency management system. Pros User Friendly, no guess work; it's never offline and therefore dependable; it's also proves to be secure and fast, exactly what I need in my line of business. Cons There is only one thing; it seems that you can only use one email address per person; I understand the security of this limitation, however, many times my senior citizens with spouses only use one email address per family... This allows you to send a document and receive it back within minutes. Cons I have not understood how to actually text an individual directly from the program itself. Our clients can now submit their data to us without physical contact, anywhere in the world. Pros I love that this software eliminates the need for me to collect physical forms, registrations, and payments. All of the data is collected electronically, and stored in one secure location. Cons I've experienced some glitches while building some forms. At times, only a few of the form sections appear instead of all of them. Understanding the Stripe integration was not very simple. No constant follow-up calls and emails begging for the signed docs back. Clients love it too.
