Pros

Can easily send a reminder for client to find email. Plus sends daily reminder. Makes working with clients remotely more efficient than making a trip to the office.

Cons

Rarely the signature does not come through. Cannot split multiple page document once signed but one of the recent updates allows separate documents to remain separated, which is an improvement.

Pros

The easy of getting signatures. What I mean by this is can send any documents to clients by email and receive the signatures you need in a short amount of time. The clients like they don't have to come in the office.

Cons

What I like least about the software is the there is no tab for a print name when we need a signature & print name on application forms.

Pros

What i like most is its easy to use. A recent update to a web based version prompted this review. They are cloud based and provide automatic back up. Your clients can e-sign from anywhere. The support team will walk you through the process on emailing e-signature forms to your customers. One of their features is unlimited signatures, documents each month; no limit.

it has been very helpful in expediting the required signatures on documents to get thing processed in a quicker timeline.

Pros

The document can't be returned to us without all of the marked slots signed or initialed

Cons

when an insured is having trouble with it, i cant see what they are seeing to know how to help them with the signing process.

Pros

My clients promptly and efficiently return docs that allow my job go faster and easier. I like that you can send reminders to clients who forgot to return them.

Cons

When uploading a doc a pop up always appears and you have to click 'okay' for it finishing uploading so it won't close down.

Utilizing InsureSign has been a very pleasant experience.

Pros

The platform is very simple. It is easy to set the fields that need to be signed/completed. I also feel that I'm receiving the signed documents back in a more timely manner than prior. I also greatly appreciate the email notification I receive when a document has been reviewed.

Cons

I would love an option to set an outstanding document deadline to assist in keeping track of those documents.

Pros

Basic functionality so that you do not spend all of your time trying to figure things out. Everything is clear and concise.

Cons

The only thing I would add is if you were able to view the document that you sent. Maybe you can do this already, I'm not sure, but that would be helpful.

Getting forms signed ASAP to save peoples insurance policies. It helps so much to be able to send a document and to get it right back. So easy to use compared to other programs we have had.

Pros

It is so easy to use and to explain to the other party how to do it.

Cons

I don't think it has spell check. That would help.

Ease of use.

Pros

Ease of use - the previous software seemed to cause our clients all sorts of problems - we'd tell them just to click on their name and it would send it right back to us - but a lot of time, we ended up mailing, faxing or having them come into the office to sign. I've never had that problem with InsureSign.

Cons

I haven't had any bad experiences - no complaints.

The ease of being paperless and saving on postage and time to get needed documents from the insureds

The cost per users was a lot higher then the competitors software and theirs was easier to work with

Pros

I used them to have a custom sign made for my office. They where quick to respond and had a quote in my mailbox within a couple hours

Cons

There is nothing I don't like about this software. It is easy to use, and easy to train on how to use.

What I like the least is many times the emails go to the customers spam/junk mail folder often and I have to call to follow up

I have no complaints regarding this software. If people are complaining, it is them, and not the program.

Pros

I love the simplicity of it, it is user friendly and pretty much error proof. I've never had to call customer service to use it or figure it out.

I have been using the InsureSign program for a few weeks and have no issues. My turn around time for clients signatures has been cut in half. With InsureSign I spend less time calling clients about missing initials or dates, than when I was mailing them.

Pros

The program is very easy to use both for myself and my clients.

Cons

When I log in the program automatically opens to the account tab, I would prefer it to open on the home tab.
