Pros

It's super easy for both me and the end signature to upload and sign. Even those I send documents to with limited computer abilities find it easy to use. I like that I can resend the documents if the customer doesn't receive or if there is a problem with the email address, etc.

Cons

When the emails are returned the attachments are in the same files as when uploaded and the end of each document has the summary page. Easily overcome by logging into InsureSign and grabbing the documents from the site directly - all as one document.

Pros

I really liked InsureSign, especially more than other "signing" apps that are out there. Very trustworthy. Had a data breach with a different signing app, and this worked best as a replacement.

Cons

Nothing to share. I liked all aspects of InsureSign and it's ease of integrations.

Pros

Makes it super easy and quick to be compliant! A convenient way to get the job done, and not difficult to use.

Cons

My elderly clients are more likely to decline using this, due to not being overly familiar with the technology.

I was frustrated at first because I just wasn't used to the new software but now that I've used it a few times and gotten some help tips, it's really pretty simple.

Pros

It's quick and simple..for me and my customers. The representatives are informative and friendly. We are able to be competitive and accommodating in our industry by being able to do policies and changes online.

Pros

Easy for the client to sign and return. No training necessary. Very easy to work with.

Cons

I wish I could change the application if I made a mistake or forgot a page instead of having to start all over again.

It is very easy for me and my clients. I like that I can check on the status of the documents waiting for signature.

Cons

sometimes the drag and dropping of attachments does not want to work. I then have to save the document and browse to find it.

User friendly. Plus the service handles the forms, so no lost forms. Love the fact you are emailed everything!

Pros

The time savings for agents is what I like best. Plus no lost applications and forms, this service resends the forms until they are returned signed. Plus hearing from clients, no printing out forms and sending back. User friendly!

Cons

Can't think of one negative thing about insuresign. Agents and clients both agree signing on line is much easier!

Benefit is we have e signed documents on file within a few hours or days instead of weeks when sending out by mail or email.

Pros

Easy to use, new software at a size that can be read easily. Templates make the process even easier to use. I am one of the major users of the software and am pleased with the email notices of document being opened. If the signed document does not end up soon in my email I know it was not correctly completed.

Mostly freed up a lot of time due to scanning and attached multiple pdf's in a regular email format. This has streamlined the process and has caused me to be more organized and move faster.

Pros

One place to go to check on all outstanding documents. Reminds my clients on a daily basis if needed My production has increased do to time freed up with this product.

Cons

Don't have any yet. Have no had any hitches in this service over 3 months since we began use.

Pros

The program is very user friendly and I love all of the additional options that I have for my clients including check mark boxes, name print, & date. I also like having the option to add a password and reminders. What I like the most is that I get a PDF of the signed documents sent directly to my email which I can simply drag into my management system.

I have had many customers say that once they received documents, it is not easy to sign them and return them to us. I believe this is probably customers that are not tech savy. The younger generations don't seem to have any issues.

Pros

I love how easy this is for the insured to use. A lot of insureds need to be walked thru new software but my insureds picked this up right away.

Cons

I dislike that you can't edit or type into the document after it's been uploaded. I also wish you could set a standard message for the entire team to use when sending out to an insured.

I love the ease and layout. What I like most is that it's also user friendly for the recipients of documents. I use to encounter issues with another software. People who aren't tech savvy would not be able to figure out how to sign the document. With InsureSign, I have yet to encounter this issue. You can even send documents via text message!!! ( I haven't used this option yet but the fact that its there is very reassuring)

Pros

The simple and user friendly layout! Best part of it all!

Cons

I cant say much about what I don't like. I honestly haven't had ANY issues with the software.

InsureSign has been a great tool for getting my customers signatures. They can either sign on their computer or on their smartphone which means anyone can really do it.

Pros

This saves me a lot of time by not having to chase down customers to get signatures. By the money I save in stamps this basically pays for itself.

Cons

Sometimes the documents have trouble loading when working with this through Hawksoft.

Reason for choosing Formstack Sign

It was a purchase through Hawksoft AMS. I wanted a program that could work with Hawksoft.
