We are coming from DocuSign and thought we would have a learning curb when switching platforms. We had no formal training, and people picked up quickly. Pros This helps with the ease of doing business. It makes it super easy to be able to have customers be able to do an electronic signature, after meeting with them in person to present the quote. In the hustle & bustle of today's business world, it provides us with a potential competitive advantage. Cons Nothing that I can think of. It does everything that it says it will. We have to have a signed application for each customer, so this method of signing and returning has been super easy and allowed us to receive the signed documents much faster. Pros I like the template feature and how quickly I can get a contract to and from my clients! My clients also comment that they like how easy it is to complete, sign and return their contracts to me.
