They don't need to worry about printing, scanning, and emailing anything back to me. If they forget about it, the program can be set up with automatic reminders. It makes an important part of my business move faster. Pros I want to send the document as fast and as easy as possible, and it does that. I know when it's arrived at my clients inbox, when they open it, and when they sign it. I get it back as a PDF ready for my records or send back out. All with minimal involvement by me. With Insuresign we can accomplish all of this without the customer having to take time out his day to come to our office. With the majority of our customers preferring email communication the ability to get digital signatures is priceless. Cons Not really a con but it would be nice if InsureSign integrated with our agency management software. Attaching and forwarding signed documents is quick and easy. Pros This product allows for the electronic signature of your customers. Did I mention Electronically! This has been an awesome addition and reduced hassle to get the necessary signatures through mail or in person. Cons The only con we can think of is that when you create a document and want to make a change to said document once the customer has the document, there isn't an easy way to change. Pros I love the ease of InsureSign. Previously we were waiting on texts, fax and email with attachments from insured's when trying to close a sale. This has been a huge time saver in our office...applications and endorsements are done in minutes. I use InsurSign everyday to get applications, changes, forms, etc. signed. There are a lot of times where I need the signature that day - with InsureSign it only takes minutes. Pros Everything about this system is super easy. I use it everyday - even people that aren't "computer savvy" can use this system. Cons There is nothing I do not like about this software product. Our clients only complaint is they have to sign in multiple places but that is an insurance issue. Pros What I like most about this software is the ease of use. I t is easy to upload the file, enter the email address and send it.
