Pros

WebMerge has allowed us to completely automate our contract generation process. This has created enormous efficiencies for us and it has become an essential component of our business/sales process.

Cons

I don't have any strong opinions on this. But I hope they stop advertising so our competitors don't learn about them :)

Fully automatic contract and document creation to save a lot of manual work.

Pros

Using Webmerge with Podio is very powerful. The setup was easy thanks to some good examples. Having some programming experience I like very much that the document templates can be with basic PHP methods (if restrictions, string conversion, ...). It allows a very flexible document creation depending on the value of various Podio elements. It is also very comfortable to define certain email delivery actions when a document is created.

Cons

Actually there is really nothing I don't like about Webmerge. Maybe the possibility to check the raw webhooks fired from Podio could be a nice addon.

Easy change of document layouts and integration to other tools, especially salesforce and the divergence of documents to create

Process efficiency for standard processes. For users it does need too many steps to create and wait for the created documents

Pros

Webmerge has a very robust templating system and offers a large catalog of integration tools and API access which enables us to develop automated solutions in a secure and timely manner.

Cons

It would be good if Webmerge could add more Azure Cloud services integrations, such as Azure Storage. Right now they only support Amazon S3, Google Drive, Box, and Dropbox.

Pros

It's very easy to use it with their API Also, customising mails and PDFs helps you to automate complete processes on your business like sending quotes, invoices, reservations etc

Cons

Design and user experience are a little bit too old compared to the value of their software

Sales reps registered a complaint about needing to hand fill service orders, scan and fax them in. Operations tells me I need to place this form online but make final results look exactly like original hard copy. I've got Wufoo on one hand, making life super easy, a non-fillable PDF copy of Service Order on other hand, making life super hard. Then a simple google search finds Webmerge and in a heartbeat I surprise Sales Reps, Operations and get a high five from the president.

Pros

Biggest pro is the people behind this software and their determination to make this painless and quick.

Cons

Doing everything by yourself could be a headache.

Pros

The webmerge really helped us in saving our loot of time we have to sebd loot if emails to our potenital customer and webmerge had realky made it easy and fast for us

Cons

The least thing about webmerge has not been found till yet i am still looking for it it is perfect from my side

PROS WebMerge is user friendly and scales to our needs. Exemplary workflow and document creation. WebMerge provides integration with numerous other software providers. We were pleased to see Adobe EchoSign (now Adobe Document Cloud) among the integrations as this is critical in our workflows. The price is very reasonable and we experienced an immediate return on investment as staff time saved and paper process reduction continues to offset the monthly cost. CONS Advanced integration setups that send data in an array or JSON object requires a slight learning curve but support is very quick to respond and clear help documentation is available. BOTTOM LINE If you are looking for an efficient and reliable way to merge your data into virtually any document scenario, you should consider WebMerge. A free trial is offered so there is nothing to lose and a lot to gain.

Pros

I like that we can get documents immediately from WebMerge as soon as forms are completed. It was much more user friendly than I had anticipated and the support from The support has always been extremely helpful and he is always quick to respond.

Cons

I would say the thing I like least is that you can't pick up the phone and talk to someone for support. Email is great but sometimes its helpful to be on the phone with someone who can walk through questions with you while you in the tool.

I use Webmerge with Infusionsoft to populate quotes to send to my clients. I almost gave up on infusionsoft because the in app quote tool was so terrible. After months of searching I found the Http post sync between infusionsoft and webmerge. Webmerge populates a custom quote that pulls all the contact data from infusionsoft and pluggs it into the Webmerge PDF quote.

Pros

Works Great now that it is all setup!

Cons

The setup instructions for what I was doing were confusing and took me forever to get working

Pros

The number of outputs available is valuable (Doc, PPT, PDF) along with the third-party integrations.

Cons

Document builder could have better interface and experience. A drag and drop builder similar to web builders, newsletter software, etc. would be beneficial. As of now, I use WebMerge for a client and am the only one who knows how to use it as there is nobody else in the company who can code.

Pros

Great possibilities to use reports and comfortable handling. WebMerge fits perfectly into Salesforce, no technical problems so far. The support team reacts really fast and the preview function is very useful.

Cons

It could be faster while generating reports, sometimes its a little bit laggy. The pricing model is ok, but could be better. Especially for a high amount of documents.

Pros: Very easy to use, does the job well. Even emails the PDF's we create to our Outlook box where an add-on we use prints the PDF as an order ticket. API's to other software such as Formstack link seamlessly. We have been using in a production mode for over a year with no real interruption. Customer service is friendly, FAQ's are helpful. Cons: not anything to scream about, to be picky we use the email feature and WebMerge does not supply a way to view return messages should the email not complete. You have to call or email customer service to figure it out (email server need whitelisted, problem with my receiving end etc) which is not ideal in terms of timely resolution in a production environment.

Cons

We experience tech issues if more that one user is in the account and sometimes saving is a problem with error messages.

Our company had a situation where we needed a form and a way to output the form into PDF depending on how our clients answered the form. One of the agencies we work with recommended using WebMerge. We gave it a shot, and WebMerge had all the answers to the problems and situations we had to solve. If we didn't know something, we contacted Customer Support, which helped us along the way. Customer support was stellar by the way; speedy response time, great solutions, and it made the whole service and experience great. Currently, we are still using WebMerge as it works great and still answers our needs for this particular project.

Pros

Easy to use, flexible, customizable, and provides analytics on activities.

Cons

Minor things, like we didn't know out of the box that we could add custom css into the fields.

Pros

You can do almost anything. Support is great and we've never met a challenge that can't be solved. Absolutely love WebMerge!

Cons

UX could be improved. Also there's alot of hidden features and some "bugs" with no logic reason why it appears. Lucky support always got your back.
