Using Webmerge has allow us to focus on design and content, and let Webmerge provide the technology for merging our data with our templates. It has even enabled us to bridge our tests into production while we build out our platform. It's also great that Webmerge provides a very affordable entry-level tier that made the selection a no-brainer and their customer service is always there with very quick answers whenever we have questions. We export our data from another cloud app into WebMerge. This is a breeze and all the data comes over without a glitch. Bringing over a form and having Webmerge recreate it using HTML is another matter. While this conversion gets close, being familiar with HTML helps a lot when the details of what a form looks like matters. December 18, 2015 5.0 I have nothing but good things to say about WebMerge! We are a gymnastics facility and we use it to automate all of our online form submissions. We collect registration paperwork, waivers, camp forms, etc. The integration with Formstack has been invaluable for us. The users submit their information through Formstack and then WebMerge sends us, and the clients, a great looking PDF with all the required information. April 12, 2016 5.0 WebMerg helped me shave 15-20 minutes off our old process. I recommend this service to any Business or Individual that deals with multiple forms on a daily basis. Pros: Saves time and effort when processing forms Great support from customer service (Jeremy Clarke) helped me with any question I had. Cons: Not much here. Benefits include reduction of admin time spent preparing documents and eliminating human error in document preparation. Pros It's extremely versatile, and the support articles and team are very thorough and responsive. It can be used for so much more than I initially envisioned when I first signed up for the service. It has been fantastic and has significantly reduced many man hours, streamlining most of our workflow processes. The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars in the "ease of use" is that from time to time you need to know some "tipps and tricks" and very little coding while webmerging with office products like Excel. Nevertheless the customer service by Jeremy is more than great! He answers within hours and is really eager to help you out.
