Response from Vendor October 5, 2021 Hi Stephen, after noticing your various posts online we were able to identify and review your account. Unfortunately, our logs do not show any sort of contact being made directly with our support team. However, we've gone ahead and fully refunded your account for any additional charges. Also, I want to point out that we aren't currently offering a free trial.
