By automating these repetitive tasks, we've been able to focus more on strategic decisions and improve customer service. For instance, Order updates are now automatically communicated to both our Team and Clients, reducing human errors and delays. This has significantly streamlined our operations and freed up time for our staff to concentrate on higher-value activities. Pros What I love most about Zenphi is its seamless integration with Google Workspace. As a Logistic Company, we rely heavily on Google sheets, Gmail and Drive for our day-to-day operations, and Zenphi automates our processes effortlessly without needing complex coding. Cons Some of the the flow elements can be confusing to understand for a non-technical user. But after a little trial and error testing workflows this has proven to be a minimal hindreance. Editing tables manually can be a bit laborious, although I rarely need to do so. It would be nice if the results of a flow felt-more app like, especially for dashboards Pros Easy to set up chain of actions to accomplish the task at hand, integration with Google Drive has worked well for us, the primary reason we adopted this tool. Cons The interface is a bit rough and requires more pointing, clicking and dragging then I think are necessary. There are functions, such as selecting tokens, where some redesign, such as a persistent token picker window, would alleviate a lot of repetitive action. It would also be great if the dashboard function could work more independently of the larger Zenphi interface. Pros Zenphi helps a lot with multiple processes we have to automate within the school — from creating certificates to students to communicating with parents about the field trips. The great thing is that the tools is so flexible, that we’re not limited by the templates, and as long as you figure out how it works and how to configure the actions, the sky is the limit. We’re literality able to automate anything. Cons The learning curve is not that short, especially for someone without a technical background. Automating Customer Onboarding has saved us so much time and hassle. I love how easy it is to setup workflows with the drag-and-drop-builder - no coding, no headaches. The AI-Powered Document processing is a Lifesaver! We used to manually enter Customer info from forms, and how Zenphi does it for us instantly. No more Typos, no more bac-and-forth. Plus, Automated Emails and SMS Reminders means Customers stay in the loop without us having to chase the, Honestly, I can't imagine going back to the old way. Zenphi makes everything runs smoother! Cons The platform is Super powerful, which is great, but it took me a little time to figure out all the features and how to best setup our workflows. With Zenphi it's really a set-and-forget flow, when we just need to fill-in one form, then the automation kicks in, and we get our approvals much faster with much less hustle. As far as I understand, our access also automatically gets canceled after the approved timeframe (usuallym from a couple of days to a couple of weeks). Cons The UX is not as intuitive as with Zapier or other tools our team was used to. Also, Zenphi has so much actions to choose from, that it's sometimes confusing which one should be a better fit. Pros We use Google Suite and we have struggled to find a workflow automation product that specializes in Gsuite. When I stumbled on Zenphi I was more than a little intimidated, but the team is AMAZING! Truly, every concern I had about being able to conceptualize and easily implement our workflows disappeared when I started working with this team. I'm tech savvy, but I'm not a programmer and this product/team makes it easy to get excited about workflow design. Cons I feel like I needed the team to hold my hand through the initial workflow design and implementation. It might be easier to conceptualize for someone who has more experience in this arena, but for me, it wasn't something I was comfortable doing with out a little help and some guidance. Cons It’s important to know what the competition is doing, but you need to focus on how you’re going to differentiate and stand out. At the moment, it's a little expensive for covering all use cases on the lower end. The price is high enough that it would be hard to justify it for a small side project. After we implemented their system, we not only saved time, we were able to reduce our workload significantly. Previously we were forced to outsource our Invoice verification process overseas, but with Zenphi, we were not only able to bring it back in-house, we reduced our costs and increased are processing time significantly. Cons Building workflows can be a little complicated for beginners, and it is not always obvious what the fault is when the run returns an error. That said, the zenphi customer support team are always incredibly responsive to requests for help.
