Managers received regular feedback. This is a great advantage. When managers worked with outputs, employees were assured that management was interested in their opinion and were thus more satisfied at work. But a lot of questions did not make sense in our company. Some employees thus found filling out the chat to be unnecessary.

Pros

Arnold is quite a useful product. It won't solve the problems you might have in your business, but it will show you the way and direct you to places where something does not work and that you might not know about.

Cons

The biggest weakness of the product was its unifiedness. The questions didn't fit our corporate environment, and they often didn't make sense to people. we did not have the opportunity to modify them.

Pros

I acknowledge the simplicity and speed of product control. As well as its interactive side and effort to express emotions. Users enjoyed working with it.

Cons

When entering contacts, it is not clear who is the user and who is the leader who will receive the report. Some users thought that the initial conversation, "Teší ma" was too long.

We considered using Arnold to evaluate the adaptation of new employees. But it is too expensive just for this use.

Pros

I like this idea for comunication with employees.

Cons

Arnold's response to some of the answers was incorrect.

I definitely like that it takes to people only few minutes compared to old fashined questionnaires. Results are delivered fast which helps to work immediately with outcomes.

Pros

I like the fact that I "speak" to someone even though it is a robot. Compared to old-fashined questionnaires it is crisp and refreshing.

Cons

Being limited by one conversation per week. Sometimes it could be useful to connect two or three topics that support each other.

Our employees could gave us the real feedback and pure opinions without fear. We were able to reacte almost in the same time we were asking them. Thanks to Arnold we could manage relatively small things with big impact on our employees satisfaction.

Pros

Easy administration, easy usage for employees, accessable on smartphones, continuity. You need only few minutes for answering Arnold´s questions. You can choose anonymous mode. Great communication with helpline, great willingess to help and solve troubles.

Cons

There were some mistakes at the beginning, because we went through the trial period the first year of Arnold´s existence. If your company have strong IT security, it might cause problems with functionality.

its a base for leadership development skills, we teach teamleaders (mid and lower level) to be interested, get and work with a feedback from their team members, we create the space for the topics that are not usually addressed due to rutine operational issues that usually get the priority over them.

Pros

very easy to use, the idea behind it, like the usefulness of reports

Cons

there is nothing i like the least, but would find useful to have access to a visualised chart of the participants in the survey and their superiors (sth. like an orgchart with drag-and-drop function), then it would be better to be able to set different survey topics to different departments - i would appreciate doing it by myself, according to current needs.

It was interesting experience how to manage personal audit in our company, something new and innovative. People were mostly willing to answer, our return of answers from responders was from 29 -49 %, it was over-ranged in comparison with other methods of personal audit applicated in previous years.

Pros

\- Interactive personnel audit tool - A modern way of obtaining information across the organization - Expresses interest in the opinion of employees - It collects data that we can evaluate effectively - It gives feedback to the employer - superior - The employer can predict in which field he can a problem may arise regarding potential fluctuation

Cons

\- Automatic tapping, no choice - It doesn't take 5 minutes to complete, as Arnold advises, but also 10. Employees want to think and answer honestly, some are then discouraged and are closing the dialog box. - Subordinating the answers (say 5 to the choice), discourages the answer if the employee's opinion is different and they cannot write it there directly (a specific questionnaire does not offer such a possibility) - If the employee does not agree with any of the answers from the selection and would like to say something different and skip the question, it is not possible. The employee prefers then to close the entire dialog box. - There were technical several times a year a problem, so they had to be solved repeatedly involved our IT colleagues

Pros

Arnold was a pleasure to run in our company - quick set up, well structured reports, quick gathered feedback. Possibility of customization. Recommended!

Cons

Import of employees was a bit complex, as our organization structure is a bit complex.

Great tool to get feedback from employees engagement, needs, or opinions. Chatbot is positively received by employees comparing to paper surveys.

Pros

It´s very easy to use. It´s innovative - not boring paper questionnaire, but QUICK, INTERACTIVE CONVERSATION with light HUMOR. Also with fast evaluation of results.

Cons

Would be nice to have flexibility in choosing which survey will go to which group of employees. also add the possibility to send invitation survey only to newly added employees without help of support.

Pros

Employees are satisfied when collecting feedbacks using chatbot. It's more interactive and funnier than boring papers.
