It's very easy to use, keeps it simple when necessary, but still has very robust set of features. The support is great and friendly. It has a small learning curve, and I suspect beginners can start right away, and intermediate/advanced users can set up tons of additional tracking abilities. -also api & advanced integratoins, tons of useful features for power users. Cons \-I don't have many complaints, it is a complete solution for what it is. - I shared some feedback about thier Chrome extension, which they promptly responded and were very supportive. -Documentation is decent, but it could be far more navigable and I feel there could be more use cases demonstrated or video tutorials. It's plenty easy to get started and get basics going. Pros Simple, easy to use yet effective link shortner. However, I did purchase mainly because of the bio link pages for use on social media - they work great and are very easy to implement. I'm a beginner, so I just use it to cloak links to my domain and have my pixels set up. Pros It's really easy to set up the CNAME so all of my links are on my domain, but you don't necessarily need the custom domain (I didn't use it for the first 6 months or so). It's easy to shorten a link, you can cloak the link (so it looks like it's on your domain, even when it's not), you can add your pixel to your socials, etc. It's got solid analytics as well, if that's your thing. Cons There was one time where it went down for a little bit, but that was several months ago and was only for a short period of time. It did mean, though, that my links stopped working while it was down. It looks like they've upgraded their systems as it was only a one-time thing, fortunately. It has advanced features that allow you to do more than shorten URLs, such as link, password protection, A/B testing, the option to create a deep link, among others. Pros I got Switchy with a lump sum offer, and it has become one of my best investments. It's a solid tool, and they keep getting better. It is easy to shorten and customize links. I like the option to put my own cover to share on social networks. Also, you can modify the title and the description is great. Another feature that I like is being able to set up your own domain on the platform. So I can share the links even more personalized with the name of my website. A few months ago they launched the option to create Smartpages, and it's great for creating bios. The templates are nice. Cons Although Switchy has developed new features, I think the process has been quite slow. There are functions that got stuck in the roadmap, like the Postback URL option, for example. I like that in the dashboard you can get a view of all your links and how many views it has. This is a very customizable link shortener and the only one you'll need. Pros You can easily create short URLs with swithy. You can also install the Chrome extension for faster access. You can track, add pictures, add tags, pixels and more.
