My overall experience with Projectworks has been positive. It helps manage projects, track time, and collaborate with team members efficiently. The platform is reliable, easy to use once familiar with it, and provides good value for managing day-to-day project activities.

Pros

I liked most is that it makes managing projects and tracking work much easier in one place. It was fairly easy to learn and use, even for new users. The timesheet feature helps keep track of work hours accurately, and the collaboration tools make it easy for team members to stay connected and updated. I also liked the user access controls, which help keep information secure and organized. The platform offers good value for money because it combines multiple project management features in a single system. Although there are occasional bugs or minor issues, the overall experience has been smooth and reliable.

My overall experience has been good. Everything is organized in one place, which makes it easier to manage projects and keep track of resources. It has saved us time on daily tasks and improved visibility across the team. Having project management, planning and tracking together in one platform makes work much more efficient.

Pros

I use Projectworks mostly for managing projects and tracking my time. It is easy to use and helps me quickly see project progress, team availability and budgets. The planning tools are really helpful and make it easier to manage workloads without confusion.

Cons

Some settings can be hard to find at first, and I had to spend a bit of time learning where everything was. The interface could be a little simpler in some areas.

My experience with Projectworks has been positive. It helped keep projects, timesheets, and team collaboration organized in one place, which made day-to-day work much easier. While there was a bit of a learning curve at the beginning and I occasionally encountered minor bugs, the platform became more intuitive over time. I particularly appreciated the user access controls, security features, and the visibility it provided into project progress and resource allocation. It also offered good value for money by reducing the need for multiple tools.

To be honest, my growth team and I are game changers with Projectworks! It has solved all of our problems with keeping track of things, and provided us with a clean, grown up tracking method for our day-to-day problems. After you become familiar with how it operates, you'll save countless hours of manually updating spreadsheets. I highly suggest that you try it out if you are running a scaling team and have to keep your costs and KPIs on the project pretty much under control. It just works!

Pros

I'm really enjoying the project tracking and the financial aspects, combined. It is so that before utilizing Projectworks at all, my team always is touring around to two or more tools to see if our marketing campaigns are under budget or making profit. Everything is now in one handy dashboard. Easy to use time tracking and employees use it every day without prompting me, which I find exceptionally helpful. It provides me with intense clarity about the hour I'm spending and I can make a next set of marketing sprints exactly the way I need it with confidence.

Cons

I have a mild glimmer of concern at the beginnings learning curve. Flew to this, and, at the first logon, the UI is somewhat weighty and perplexing due to the many settings and options. Second, the mobile version isn't as seamless as desktop and, when traveling and simply looking at a project status, that can be a bit cumbersome. It's very powerful, indeed, but needs a little additional time to be adapted to the report exactly the way you want.

my experience with Projectworks has been very good. It helped me stay organized and improved project management in daily work. After using it regularly it became easy to manage tasks, budgets and team communication in one place. It provides good value for money and improves productivity. even though there are a few small usability issues.

Pros

I liked most about Projectworks is that everything is available in one platform. It is easy to manage tasks track time, monitor project budget and handle billing without using different tools. The real-time updates help the team stay connected and everyone can easily check project progress and responsibilities. I also found the expense tracking and forecasting features very useful for project planning.

Cons

At the beginning, the platform was a little confusing to use. Some options are not easy to find and the interface can be simpler for new users. Sometimes I noticed slow loading and small bugs on heavy pages but most of the issues were fixed quickly.

Projectworks is just a lifesaver for my sanity in general. It unifies all of my invoicing, time tracking, and forecasting, without making me into a full-time project manager rather than an engineer. Designed for professional services, you can see it in how it's made. Superior tools are the tools that bring people together instead of causing headache, if you want such type of tools without getting in between people and their tools then you have to try it. Highly recommended!

Pros

I love the way that Projectworks makes everything accessible in one place, it's the truth! I'm already exhausted working with pipeline problems and big data architecture as a Data Engineering Manager. Prior to that, it was like I was running a really bad game of whack-a-mole jumping through 5 spreadsheets for every single element of my team's tracking, resourcing and even invoice processing. This software can actually converse with itself. The resource planning and time tracking tie in perfect, and I can see right away if anybody is overworked, or has a free hand. This is a very powerful and effective program... and surprisingly easy to use. No crazy setup and just works.

Cons

It's not flawless, like, whatsoever. This is a very innovative way to forecast – sometimes it's a tad inflexible when I have an abrupt, chaotic shift in a project and need to adjust things in real time. Also, for a large team; the data loading initially may seem slow and sluggish at times for a second. Nothing takes the pleasure of my day if it doesn't load instantly... when I have got to work very quickly.

Our experience with Projectworks has been very good, especially because it gave us a secure and reliable way to manage projects, timesheets, and team collaboration in one platform. We handled sensitive project information and user access controls through the system, so having strong visibility and permission management helped us feel confident about data security and accountability. Another major reason we value the platform is the value for money it provides. Instead of paying for multiple separate tools for project tracking, timesheets, collaboration, and reporting, Projectworks combined everything into one system, which reduced both software costs and manual administrative work. It helped improve team productivity, project visibility, and operational efficiency without requiring a large investment, making it a cost-effective solution for our organization.

Pros

I liked how it brought project collaboration, time tracking, and issue management into one simple platform without making things feel complicated. Our teams could easily track timesheets, manage user access, and stay updated on project progress in real time, which reduced a lot of manual follow-ups and confusion. I also liked that bugs and issues could be tracked clearly, so nothing important got missed during development or delivery. The platform made it easier for both managers and team members to stay aligned, improve accountability, and spend less time switching between different tools.

Cons

One thing I liked least about Projectworks was the initial learning curve. Since the platform has many features for project tracking, collaboration, and timesheets, it took some time for the team to fully understand the workflows and use everything efficiently.

All in all Projectworks is a strong software that's still fairly easy to use on a day-to-day basis. It combines all of our firm requirements within a single system, such as time tracking and project organizing. It allows me as a software engineer to save a good amount of time that would otherwise be taken up on trivial admin tasks and spend it more on writing code. We use it daily with our pro team and it's working for us.

Pros

I quite enjoyed the convenience this software provides to have all this information in one place. As an engineer, I need to record my time on a daily basis, and Projectworks makes this easy. The interface is clean, I don't get confused on where to click. Also I can clearly see my resource planning, and know what to do next week as my team leader desires me to do. It prevents the cluttery emails to be sent as the plan is right there.

Cons

For a standard engineer, forecasting and invoicing can seem somewhat complex at times. There is a financial aspect of these features which are rarely used, but when clicked accidentally seems like too many numbers on the screen. Furthermore, trying to log my working time at the end of the day in my mobile web browser is slightly slow. Hopefully they'll release a fast phone application in the near future.

Overall, my experience with Projectworks has been quite good, especially after getting familiar with how it works. It offers good value since it combines project tracking, collaboration, and other features in one place, which makes daily work easier. The team can stay connected and updated, so managing projects feels more organized. However, there are times when small glitches or slow loading can interrupt the flow a bit. Even with that, it still feels like a useful and reliable tool for handling projects efficiently.

Pros

I liked that once I got used to it, everything started feeling very smooth and easy to manage. In the beginning, there is a bit of a learning curve, but after that it becomes quite simple to handle daily work. It also feels secure, especially when managing project data and team access, which is important for us. From a cost point of view, it gives good value because it covers multiple needs like project tracking, collaboration, and billing in one place. The collaboration part is really helpful since the whole team can stay updated, share progress, and work together without confusion, which makes overall project management much easier.

Cons

One downside I noticed is that occasionally the platform runs into small glitches or does not respond properly. Sometimes a page takes time to load or a feature does not behave the way I expect, which can interrupt the workflow a bit. It is not a major issue, but it does affect the experience when it happens. Fixing these minor problems would definitely make it more reliable to use.
