WebCenter as enabled us to successfully create an efficient electronic labeling workflow. The benefits have allowed us to roll it out to replace other regional processes.

Pros

Flexibility of establishing a workflow that follows a process or procedure. Easy user interface and viewer tools. It has also been valuable to see the roadmap of changes coming to the system. Great solution architect team for support.

Cons

Reporting or ability to connect to reporting software (PowerBI, Qlik) is lacking. Packaging/labeling processes are constantly scrutinized for performance or error reduction, having a customizable reporting as a user feature would go a long way.
