The team at Xapsys have been excellent to deal with, making sure they tweak the standard package to our requirements. The system itself was very competitive compared to its competitors, and it was far easier to use for a company of our size without overcomplicating matters.

Pros

We liked the intuitive nature of this CRM package. We wanted the benefit's of a CRM system without tying up the sales team and internal team with complicated systems to keep updated.

Cons

The package we went for didn't come with standard reports so we had to spend time and money developing reporting suites.

Not as feature heavy as other CRM tools but Xapsys meets our business requirements. Logging of data under activities is useful, customer service very strong.

Pros

Sales data, CRM capabilities. Storage of contact details.

Experience: in the main very good, fast and surprising, gets accountability immediately into our business day and updated real time, the app is especially easy and informative and reassures on a mobile that normal activity is taking place (or not)

Pros

Pros: Since our business runs on Sage 200, we were previously sold Sage CRM. Not a bad system in itself, it was, however, far too complicated for what our sales team needed to stay on top of their pipeline, the UI was slightly dated and not very user friendly. So were the subscription costs. Looking at the CRM offering, Xapsys CRM was the only CRM we could find that fully integrated with Sage 200 so we gave it a go. The first pleasant surprise was the pricing, starting at £ 10/user/month. Secondly, because they designed the software in close collaboration with end-users, getting started and using the system was incredibly easy and fast. No training was required thanks to the system´s simplicity, contextual help and short explanatory videos. The UI/UX is pleasant and truly optimized to get things done a lot faster than with the previous CRM, allowing the sales team to process sales documents in CRM before they are synched back to the ERP. What we also loved were the unlimited dashboards and widgets built-in BI which allow us to have real time visibility of our business´ KPIs. Finally, the developing team releases weekly updates with functionality enhancements so the system is constantly getting better and better. Indeed, they are very attentive and receptive to customer suggestions.

Cons

Cons: it has less features than Sage CRM but has all the functionalities we actually use, at a fraction of the cost. It currently lacks email automation/marketing but I have been told than MailChimp integration is at the top of their roadmap.

We are now more efficient with stronger sales data and reduced Sage license costs.

Pros

We migrated from Sage CRM to Xapsys CRM (without loosing any data) because it was not being used by some sales people of our company. They found the system cumbersome to work with and thought it was taking too much of their valuable “selling time”. Because of its simplicity and clean user interface, we now have a system everybody is happy to use. That means we have better data and a real time visibility on the sales forecast. Xapsys CRM is very fast so we also saved on admin time and reduced repeated entries since it integrates seamlessly with our Sage 200 accounting system. We particularly liked the business intelligence capabilities of the system as it has allowed us to create widgets and dashboards that report on any key performance indicator our business needs to monitor. Support is great too.

Cons

A mobile App could be good but being web based and responsive, we have no problem using Xapsys CRM on mobiles.

Reasons for choosing Xapsys

More customised to our needs at a fraction of the cost.

As a fast growing B2B display solutions business, things happened really fast and it was difficult to keep an eye on the essential figures to make informed decisions in real time. That was before Xapsys Live! Now, I can track my KPI’s and follow my sales team on my mobile, wherever I am. Being able to see each other’s performance, the salesforce got a lot more competitive, thanks to the gamification effect. Meanwhile, I can easily spot missed opportunities, share with the team instantly and grow business like never before. Besides Xapsys Live, we also got their Xapsys B2B plugin, which gives our clients a tailormade portal access our offering. Two simple and inexpensive tools which helped us tremendously to grow 300% year on. Highly recommended!

Pros

Using Sage 200 to run the business, we initially looked at the native Sage Business Cloud Essentials but the reviewers were unanimous about the poor level of support, and the licensing model meant huge running costs. Pan Intelligence didn’t impress us much so we were left with Phocas, which despite looking very good, was way too expensive for what we needed. Xapsys Live brought us the best of both worlds: it was implemented in less than an hour with no fuss and no setup costs. Whilst it gives us a real “real time” 360deg view of our business, it has helped us tremendously and certainly participated to our massive growth. Currently on the “explore” plan, it works out to be less expensive than a dropbox (per user that is)

Cons

Honestly, nothing! the UI/UX is extremely user friendly. Being a lot less tech savvy than my kids, I loved the fact I could start using Xapsys Live instantly and make the most of it. I didn’t have to create my KPI’s, manually connect to data sources, nor climb on a painful learning curve. It just worked out of the box.
