It's cumbersome and a lot of the automations dont automate, data goes missing. We've actually gone backwards but using sheets to track stuff because it takes so long in Senta. After being very apprehensive about taking on new software, I took Senta on as it was highly recommended. I am hoping that my experience was not the norm and I am happy that Senta staff did eventually took notice of my concerns and helped me to cancel the contract. Pros I did not get the support in order to get anything out of the Senta software so am unable to answer this question. Cons I took on the software for practice management software but unfortunately I wasn't able to get the system up and running for my business. The support was lacking and I struggled to get any help or anyone to answer any questions i had. It took me about 4 months to get someone to listen to me and by then I cancelled the contract. It is being sold to Iris so I hope the support continues. Cons I dislike the dates and date functions for tasks.
