Pros I like that I get confirmation of all inspections requested the same day, that I get results emailed once the inspection is complete and no hard permits are required in the field that can be lost or damaged. Cons Having multiple users on the singular account means I get emails for properties I do not oversee within this community. Pros It is very easy to use, The questions are in place and answered so you only have to make the necessary changes. I also like the weekly reminders so that I don't miss an inspection. Cons It would be nice if on completion of a project and it was closed, that it could send you a copy of all the weekly inspections in one file. Cons One thing we found a little difficult to navigate is when we needed to pass the to do off to someone else. You are the only one who has access unless you open up another option for someone else, which seems to be a hassle in and of itself. It's easy to forget something like an inspection with all the other things going on. Cons The dashboard is terrible. It's so confusing to navigate and get to where you want to be and where to upload/post things. Why can't I see my past inspections easily?? It is a real pain to keep paper inspections on site, out of the rain, dirt, and mud. I like it electronic because it doesn't get lost, torn, blown away, etc. Pros This is a great way for us to be reminded to do our inspections, and to follow up on any corrections that must be made. Cons Seems cumbersome to locate and know which property is being inspected. And what the inspector/admin are asking for when they have concerns/corrections. I like the Cons I think that the site map functionality could be improved. It is difficult to mark the changes that occur over the course of a 6 month construction project all on one map, instead, each time a new phase of construction begins, you should be able to indicate that on a new map that automatically imports all of the information so it can be edited.
