### "Simplifies the Inspection Process"

We use ComplianceGO for our SWPPP storm water inspections with multiple counties in Utah.

Pros

Wonderful customer support and training are crucial to any software. ComplianceGO is easy to use, easy to deploy and incredibly helpful.

Cons

Location services still needs a little work, and an app for Iphone/Android would be phenomenol.

Over all a great experience. I use it for self inspections from week to week. Very easy to use and intuitive.

Pros

Great that I can do the send inspections from my phone, super easy. Love that I get reminders for each event.

Cons

Some questions should be remembered from report to report based on the type of permit that I have. Not a big deal but it would be nice not to have to make the changes every time.

### "Using for SWPPP with Cities"

Pros

The software if very organized and once you use it a couple of times it is easy to figure out what is needed. There are memory features where you can leave the same answers for questions and then just fill out certain areas for specific details week by week.

Cons

Sometimes it is hard to get your bearings on how to make everything work, but once you figure it out a few times it gets easier. Slight learning curve.

I receive report from inspections generated in complianceGO - the information is presented in an easy to read format which I can quickly scan saving me time from having to deep dive into the report for information

Cons

I've login problems - even when sent a temporary login I still have problems. Web site isn't the most used friendly and a change history on the site SWPPP map would be welcome.
