Pros Icon Elecosoft allowed us to have a much simpler approach to controlling and updating hotel build data. Rather than annual or twice yearly reviews of PDF documents, we can update within days - hours if an urgent need arises. Cons No major issues but if a problem arises the help desk do help - either resolving the issue or putting us in contact with someone who can quickly resolve the issue Reasons for choosing IconSystem Often the information was printed out at the start of a project, then retained by the user for future projects.
