Automation is key nowadays. We really were looking for a solution that enabled us in automate our flows of Wpp, but we were not successful, until this integration came in.The best feature for us is the automations this tool provides us.If you need WPP integrated with your Hubspot, this is the tool to go

It could be more easier to connect different whatsapps. We have one for Italy and other one for Portugal and sometimes the automations can clash against each other.

lo que más te ha gustado de WhatsApp HubSpot Automation, es su capacidad para programar el envío de mensajes personalizados y automatizar el seguimiento de las conversaciones con los clientes, lo que puede aumentar significativamente la eficiencia en la gestión de las interacciones con los clientes.

Cons

Lo que menos te ha gustado de WhatsApp HubSpot Automation es el precio del programa, por ello he tratado de reemplazarlo.

The overall experience has been much more positive than anticipated. The benefits from using such a software has definitely outweighed the costs. Very recommended to any business!

Pros

This software has helped our business in sending automated whatsapp messages to various customers. Apart from saving our team a lot of precious time, it has also improved our profitability through increased sales after automated messages were sent to customers regarding abandoned carts. The software is also very user friendly to use.

Cons

More price plans can be added to cater for different sizes of businesses offering small businesses a cheaper option with maybe some limited features.

The best thing about this software is the versatility it gives you when it comes to automating your customer service through whatsapp as well as the integration with your main CRM

Cons

I think that the cost of including additional users is high, although I imagine that it will depend on the game you manage to get out of it.
