Pros The entire setup was less frustrating and less time consuming than ordering takeout. Mysignature suggests signature templates based on your field. Support is competent and the price doesn't make me want to cringe. They also provide email tracking, a service I rely on. Cons The suggestions would be of more assistance if they covered a wider variety. There was no selection for my area of expertise. More templates would be great as well. I've had trouble matching the signature to our logo and branding, thus why I've changed products. MySignature is a mid-tier email signature solution. It is affordable and support is excellent. It performed well within Outlook and Gmail, easy to deploy. The signature was colorful and functional. Within Thunderbird, the signature appeared in the incorrect position -- if at all. I do not use Apple mail so I have not tested that integration. I believe the content and template libraries were poor, I would advise taking a look at the signature examples before making a decision. No need to download or install. - Affordable. - Features/feature quality. - Freedom to use with Gmail- Thunderbird- Outlook- or Apple mail. - Freedom to choose content of signature. - Handwritten/formal signature creator- font signature creator. - Support was above and beyond.
