Pros

La stampa è veloce e le tariffe dei corrieri possono essere comparate facilmente, dandoci molteplici opzioni. Al cliente arrivano le mail di tracking e stato dell'ordine, rendendolo un software praticamente completo. Posso creare un sacco di templates per i pacchi e lo trovo davvero utile e professionale.

Cons

Per il momento mi sono trovata bene e penso sia uno dei software più validi in questo campo. Forse si potrebbe migliorare la comunicazione fornitore-corriere.

Isendu invia automaticamente le mail ai clienti per informarli circa l'avanzamento delle spedizioni. Un servizio che i clienti apprezzano molto e che li sorprende piacevolmente.

Pros

le mail transazionali che sono automaticamente inviate ai clienti per informarli circa lo stato di avanzamento della spedizione

Cons

il fatto che quando si seleziona il corriere per la spedizione, sia visualizzato il costo solo per PosteItaliane e non anche per i corrieri con cui la nostra azienda ha un contratto. Sarebbe bello poter confrontare i costi delle varie opzioni disponibili

I send has accelerated our way of fulfilling orders by allowing us to monitor the status of shipments and automatically send the tracking to the customer.

Pros

Exceptional service. It helped us speed up the order fulfillment process. Simple and intuitive interface but the great satisfaction comes from the efficiency of the customer service. Really high quality of service.

Cons

It would be very useful to be able to divide the orders: if a customer buys products from different manufacturers it would be useful to be able to duplicate the order and divide / move the products he has purchased in different orders from which to generate different waybills.

Sono dentro dall'inizio e mi sono trovato subito bene. Servizio impeccabile, aggiunte costanti e utilissime (Mail transazionali e Whatsupp le ultime) newsletter con consigli, webinar e consuelnza. Non importa che tu sia una grande o piccola azienda, Isendu ti permette di stare al passo dei colossi. Personalmente non potrei essere più felice, una manna dal cielo per gestire al meglio le spedizioni in maniera veloce e al tempo stesso “coccolare” il cliente con un servizio diretto. Lo consiglio anche perché hanno un servizio clienti che ti ascolta e capisce le tue problematiche e situazioni, trovando una soluzione adatta al tuo business. Di una cosa così se ne sentiva davvero il bisogno.

Pros

L'integrazione con Wordpress e Woocommerce è impeccabile, arriva l'ordine e lo trovi già nel gestionale, crei l'etichetta, prepari il ritiro e stop. Al cliente arrivano le mail con lo stato dell'ordine e il tracking, in più c'è la possibilità di comunicare via Whatsupp il che rende il servizio ancora più diretto e utile per coccolare i clienti.

Cons

Per il momento non ho trovato aspetti negativi al servizio, anzi non potrei essere più felice di così.
