With Libraesva we got rid of most spam, & malware gets blocked upfront. Also, the incoming email log is an useful tool that we use to 'debug' e-mail configuration issues. Rispetto alle soluzioni usate precedentemente abbiamo rilevato un notevole miglioramento nella percentuale di spam e minacce bloccate e una diminuzione dei falsi positivi. La configurazione e la gestione sono gestiti dal nostro settore senza bisogno di consulenza esterna. Pros Efficacia: poche le mail di spam non intercettate, pochissimi i falsi positivi, comunque rintracciabili e sbloccabili facilmente. Semplicità: la configurazione e la gestione sono estremamente semplici, l'interfaccia è davvero intuitiva. Affidabilità: in circa 10 anni di utilizzo non abbiamo rilevato problemi di funzionamento. Supporto: nei pochi casi in cui abbiamo avuto la necessità di aprire ticket di assistenza le risposte sono state sempre veloci e risolutive.
