Pros: I love the affordability and the fact that I can have my check list, tasks, documents and contact information all in one spot. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the FUSION concept. However, it needs a bit of tweaking.

Cons: 1. It would be great if individual agents on my teams emails worked like with ACT and other CRM's I have worked in the past. You have a work around but it is not optimal.

2. The Zip Form tie is awkward being on the contact page. Should be on the property not the contact. Or better yet if it created a property at the same time that would be awesome.

3. The Fusion.. I LOVE this idea. I wish I could customize it to just be a place I keep my clients checklist and documents so they can see the status. Don't care for the collaboration with title and lenders etc... Should just be for me to share what I want to share with my client. That would be GREAT!!! I love that...I hear that is on the back burner and I hope you bring it to the front.

4. Having to create two separate records for a husband and wife contacts page is kind of a hassle. Is there no way that they can be together but also searchable and traceable? Have both emails show up in the history?

5. I use JotForms for my listings. my clients fill out the form from my website. It would be super if you integrated with Jotform so it automatically adds contacts.

6. Skyslope integration would be awesome. That is my brokers transaction platform. We now have 1800 agents and are the fastest growing brokerage in the country.

7. The BombBomb integration is good, I wish I could send previously recorded videos and add notes to the email. This inability makes me have to go out of WiseAgent and open Bombbomb to do that.

Overall: I love WiseAgent and the support is awesome! Just some of it's limitations that are a dream for me would make it better.

Pros: Wise Agent does all the things I need in a real estate CRM. Whether for basic management of contacts in an easy to use database or getting fancy with ongoing nurture campaigns for leads and sphere, Wise Agent is the best system I've come across...and I've tried several over the past couple decades.

While it works fine for a solo agent, Wise Agent also has a great set-up for teams. Since I now have a growing team, we're finding that it works very well in handling our separate leads, emails, etc. We also like the built-in enhancements and integrations, like automatic Facebook Lead Ad contacts import. I could go on, but try it for yourself!

Cons: Ok, so nothing is perfect...and I know that by trying many similar systems through the years. I chose Wise Agent because it has more of the features that are important to me. If I have to choose a fault with it though, I would say that the tutorial videos need to be tweaked a little. While the videos are pretty good at explaining the set-up and guiding you through a process, I would like them to start out with "why" a particular feature is there and "how" to best use it.

But, that becomes obsolete when the support staff is so good. I've always been able to just call in and speak to a friendly live voice and get good help and clarification.

Overall: My overall experience with The Wise Agent has been superb! It beats all of the other similar platforms I've tried over the years...and it's so simple to use, even the non-techies on my team like it and use it with ease!

Pros: It is so easy to communicate, at least once a month with clients, using the newsletter provided in Wise agent. I receive thankyous from client with regards to content and features such as the monthly recipe.

I also appreciate the ease at which one can add and delete clients and their information. The ability to categorize your client base so you have the ability to send information that is suited best for a specific group. In my case, buyers, sellers or real estate investors.

Cons: There's so many options available, one has to be up to speed on technology to identify with some of them. I know that I'm not using a large number of the features available due to my limited technical skill.

Overall: I am solving a very important part of being a successful real estate agent by using the touches available to me in Wise Agent. The personalized messages, such as the thank you, win praise from my client base.

The ability to monitor client response to mass email communications offers a chance maintain accurate files such as phone numbers and emails.

Pros: It was easier to use years ago. Nothing too fancy, just functional.

Cons: Some things didn't seem intuitive (I'm over 60).

Overall: Wise agent is a great CRM. Some stock holiday emails that could be personalized would be appreciated.

Generally easy to use, some parts not as much. The call to be made area-for some reason you always have to remember to click which person is adding that info and who the client belongs to, otherwise, it doesn't translate.

Some stock photos/emails would be nice to send during the different holidays/seasons.

Pros: Love the Contact Notes feature which allows you to back-date notes, so if you get behind on note input, your notes can be based on the date the event happened and not the date the information was inputted, like some systems. Also, love the calendar that syncs with phone.

Cons: Do not like the email function. The message format looks dated.

Overall: Great customer service and the software gives me the two functions I value most: a good calendar and a good way to keep track of my clients.

Pros: Love the Tax part where I can enter invoices & it keeps a tally of the year & all I have to do is print it out & take with me to my tax accountant.

Cons: On tax part would love if there were more categories that pertain to things we need to enter for taxes. I just have to end up putting them over in Misc.

Overall: Wise Agent has been GREAT & I've been using it for years. Easy to use. Very affordable with my budget. Highly recommend especially when your a new agent like I was 13 years ago...

Pros: It's pretty easy to use, and if you hit a snag you can ask for help and within a day you get a straight answer.

Cons: Actually I'm pretty happy about everything. I would prefer if I could prioritize follow up so that high priority tasks would appear first in the calendar for that day. You can prioritize and it flags the task, but it isn't scheduled in any particular order, as far as I can see. This is a VERY small complaint in what is otherwise a damn good set of programs

Overall: I follow up with all of my clients with it, send newsletters, and I'm just beginning to figure out how to interface with facebook and instagram,

Pros: I've had a subscription to Wise Agent for 10 years. It's a robust CRM that can almost anything you need it to do. It will sync with google, etc.

The customer support people are awesome and easy to reach.

Cons: There is SO Much that it CAN do, I get overwhelmed.

Pros: It's easy to use. Also we use the monthly newsletter to keep in touch with our database.

Cons: Wish we could do transaction management with it.

Overall: We are able to use it in conjunction with Constant Contact. I track my leads with it by coding them (BLD SLD Past Client etc)

Pros: I really like the tasks you can set up. For instance, whenever I get a new Zillow lead, it automatically funnels into a list of to-dos for the next couple of weeks. It also generates a few template emails. This is something that you create, and it allows for minimal dynamic content.

Cons: There are no frills. I would love to see better options available for keeping in constant contact with your clients. Right now, I'm trying to make sure I add them to my Re/Max app as well so that they receive monthly updates. Ideally, I would be able to set up more automatically generated points of contact. Also, I wish it was able to interface with my Google Voice account for automated texts. I would like to be able to click a button in the program to send out a 'to-do' text to everyone at a certain stage in a marketing drip campaign.

Overall: The overall experience has been good which is why I still use the system. The customer care representatives are great and eager to help if you have issues.

Pros: I love the way I can notate my events and conversations I have with clients and edit them later if I find that I missed writing down some important aspect of a meeting or conversation.

Pros: I love how easy it is to create a template. I have used Wise Agent for transaction management for years and can't imagine using anything else.

Pros: It pretty simple and doesn't require a degree to use it. It make the process simple and links to many of the things I want it to link to!

Cons: I would really love it if it had a dedicated app and could link with with a couple other pieces of software.

Overall: It allowed me to take a number of systems I wanted to set up... and had already set up and get them all into one convenient place!

Pros: Easy to enter and update contacts, drip email features. Integration with other programs/website. Newsletters.

Cons: To use the newsletters you really need to proof them, often missing punctuation when converting to word or PDF for printing, Hard to size some things to fit better ie logos and designations.

Overall: Keeps all my contacts in one place, easily allows adding to multiple groups. Allows me to reach out to contacts with Newsletter and drip mail in multiple ways making me more efficient.

Pros: I love using the call list feature and how it automates my business calls and client/prospect follow-up, but there is a host of other features, like DRIP campaigns, marketing templates and the ability to send emails to any segment of your database!

Cons: Interface takes some getting used to, advanced search features are a little cumbersome to set up or find.

Pros: Support team to an amazing job of making the platform user-friendly and very effective for my business. The client support is world class!

Cons: I've used many other CRM platforms and I truly can't say that there is something that I like least with Wise Agent because I'm so happy with it overall.

Overall: Wise Agent makes it easy for me to stay in touch with my network and manage my business. I can't imagine doing what I do without them.

Pros: Wise agent is a very user friendly programs plus their support staff is excellent. When you do need help, they take all the time necessary to help with or solver your issues. The system is easy to navigate and everything ties together. Great system for the money.

Cons: I honestly have not found anything I dislike.

Overall: Once you input your clients info, everything else ties together. Newsletters, drip champagnes, calender reminders, emails, just a great program

Pros: My biggest "PRO" for this particular CRM is that way that I can not only manage my customer contacts, but also my transaction flow for listings and pending sales. Additionally, I really like the "Team" feature which allows my Marketing and Transaction coordinator to work in the system and we can easily assign to one another as needed.

Cons: I cant stand the fact that I cant update the steps in in my transaction checklist. Every time I want to change a step in the process, I need to completely "re-create" the checklist. This seems like such a simple fix, yet it still hasn't been corrected or updated even though they are VERY aware of this flawed functionality.

Pros: Overall Wise Agent is easy to get started. Upload your existing database and you are set to start. I like the ease to create specific transaction templates. Once you have it set you can easily track your transactions as you move forward toward closing.

Overall, if you are looking for a simple easy to use data management tool with newsletter and interfaces to 3rd party lead gen sources. Try Wise Agent.

Cons: Customizing the newsletter is not as easy as it should be.

Overall: Used it for years. I'm very happy with the program.

Pros: Why is a fast, flexible, tab based CRM The functions very well 14s or multiuser . The system is easy to use and offers a magnificent value

Pros: I use Wise Agent primarily for the listing, contract and closing checklists. I have recommended Wise Agent to many of my colleagues. Since each checklist item is assigned to a contract/closing date, you can't miss anything. I like the ease of changing dates on the checklist if a closing is delayed, as it adjusts all of the unchecked items.

Cons: It is not the most beautiful platform. It has had some recent updates that help.

Overall: I have been using Wise Agent for the last 8 years. I tried other programs and always go back to Wise Agent.

Pros: It has the information already there. You don't have to re-invent the wheel. If you want to change any of the material, you can easily edit it to fit your needs.

Cons: I would like to have more updated information. I've been using it for awhile and some of the information is the same information from a couple of years ago. Other than that, it's a great CRM to use. I would also like to see information that can be used on social media (FB).

Overall: The benefits are staying in front of my clients often. I like the holiday emails that are easy to set up and the newsletter is another great way to stay in front of clients. I also like the letters and personal birthday and anniversary greetings that I can send via email.

Pros: This program for the most part is easy to use. Has tons of ways to keep track of your client like social media, anniversary, birthdays, pet names etc. The gmail integration is one of the main reasons we went with this product. All the emails between client, lender, other agents related to this transaction shows up in the client notes.

Cons: The one thing I would like to see added to this product is the ability to share all client info with a team member. My partner can not simultaneously look at the same client, attachments etc. My partner and I work together on every deal and it's important that she can log in and make notes, add attachments etc to the same client folder that I have in my account. Right now this is not an option with this platform. I can share a client but attachments etc does not transfer.

Pros: It is easy to use. It does everything I want and more. The price is great BUT the best thing is the customer service. So easy to get answers to any questions. That is the biggest selling point. I have had three other CRMs before this one including Top Producer. I never got much out of to producer because I didn't understand how to use it's advanced features and there wasn't anyone who could show me.

Cons: I don't have one. I don't need the super duper techie stuff.

Pros: This system has simplified my life and allowed me to be more proactive in my marketing. I looked at several systems before purchasing and actually called the customer service line at different times of day to see if they truly would call me back quickly. Guess what, they DID! This is a great system at a modest investment.

Pros: The software is very complete and integration with other supporting platforms is great. The 24h support of the software is amazing. Always helpful and very quick in resolving issues.

Cons: What I least like about it is mainly caused by the fact I am not based in America and most integrations are based on the american market.

Pros: We love the transaction manager! It's the heart and soul of our business. Everything about is awesome! Also the customer support is SUPERB! Anytime we need something, we can call and get our questions answered immediately!

Cons: This software is not very user friendly. We've spent MANY hours learning how to use it. The interface looks outdated - could use a makeover. The integrations with Facebook, MailChimp, and BombBomb still need so refining. Not very user friendly. Some functionality commands don't really seem to work either, especially when dealing with checklists (i.e. cannot delete checklists from lists).

Overall: This is a great entry level CRM. Our team has enjoyed using it for now. It's very reasonably priced and it's doing everything it needs to for now. Honestly, Wise Agent's best feature is the Fusion Transaction Manager.

Pros: Overall I'm happy with the program and it does a lot of things right. Being able to import/export my contacts easily is huge and the integrations are great.

Cons: The ui and responsiveness seem a little dated in comparison to others in the market. I was last on liondesk and the ui seemed a little less glitchy, had some cool info graphics, and was a bit cleaner. I would also like to see birthdays and other dates used more effectively... as in showing on the calendar and syncing to my phone calendar or sending me a notification. Unless I'm on the crm regularly I'll miss those. A few other features i miss from liondesk was daily task emails sent to me automatically and the ability for users to upload and share their drip campaigns.

Overall: A basic app would be cool so i could see my daily call list and click through each contact more seamlessly. The main reason i went with wiseagent over liondesk was the fact that my company uses mailchimp a ton and liondesk didn't have that. My last suggestions would be to have wiseagent and mailchimp sync contacts automatically...unless theres a free way to do that I don't know about?

Pros: As a transaction coordinator, I like the customizable transaction checklists and the ability to record my actions throughout the day. Integration with Google is great, as well as integration with Zipforms and Docusign.

Cons: It's dated and needs a fresh face.

Fusion is difficult to understand and is a waste of time.

The newsletter offerings are pretty scant, too.

Overall: I'm highly skilled on computer, so it's no big thing for me, but there's a fairly hefty learning curve for most real estate users.

I'd recommend a good look at Skyslope for ideas on how to streamline the transaction process.

My contact with support has been limited, but the support I have received is great. The tutorials are pretty good, too.

Pros: For the monthly fee, it gives you the most features that I've found. I've tried numerous competitors and was never satisfied. Honestly, no CRM will ever be perfect, but I really like the interface and drip campaign options. The checklists are very helpful for live deals and the integration with gmail is fantastic. By the way, spend the extra money for the text

Cons: I really wish there was some way to track commission on deals and have an actual pipeline to see where my financials are with deals.

Overall: The customer service has been top-notch. Very impressive. The online help is very useful for any easy questions that I have.

Pros: Easy to maneuver, I like the "color" options. We use them to categorize the importance level of tasks, phone calls etc. Customer service dept is very helpful!

Cons: The text alert system is inaccurate. If you set a text alert at 11:15 am for an 11:30 function, it misses the alert time by about 30 minutes.

Overall: We've been using Wise Agent for about a year & haven't even fully utilized all fo teh functional capabilities. It serves our needs in the real estate business very well. Very satisfied!

Pros: The product was recommended by our local Real Estate Board and I started with a free version and then signed up for a subscription after the 30 day trial. I appreciate how it integrates with my gmail based email account, SMS text messages, keeps me organized. Their customer service is FANTASTIC. I've recommended to more than 9 colleagues so far.

Cons: Not a fan of how there are so many add on features that will cost me extra, such as text messaging from the site, and additional landing pages (monthly rate includes 1 free landing page). Would also be nice if email would sink with email accounts other than google ones...I had to switch my hosting company because of this.

Pros: That it integrates with all my software programs. The drip market campaigns are awesome! Once it is set up the possibility's are endless. I love the calendar with the automatic reminders of events. Customer service is bar none. When ever I contact customer service either email or a phone call, I have my answers by days end.

Cons: It is a very in-depth program and I am still learning things I can do with it.

Pros: I like that I can take notes and set follow up dates for clients. I also really like that you can print monthly newsletter. I print them and send to clients every month.

Cons: It looks very dated and not modern. Some of the other CRM's I tried were more eye/user friendly

Pros: I love that Wise Agent is interoperable with other tools such as: Bomb-Bomb, Zillow Premeir Agent, Boomtown, Mojo Dialer, and Google. I am able to sync my google contacts and calender with ease. There are also lots of instructional videos that explain how to use Wise Agent. Customer Service is very responsive and helpful.

Cons: Some of the tools are a bit complicated but I cannot complain too much becuse customer service is always avaialble to assist.

Overall: Overall, it has been a great experience. Dollar for Dollar, this is the best CRM on the market today for real estate agents.

Pros: Does everything I need for a CRM at a much lower cost. When investigating other systems I thought I would give Wise Agent a try and if I didn't like it I would move to a more expensive system, but after using it I have no need to switch.

Cons: App has some limitations over website. For putting in reminders for scheduled appointments the App doesn't allow this to be done.

Pros: The ease of use! It was so easy to figure out. Not alot of education which I just don't have time for. I love the way it the contacts and calendar sync with my phone. What I do on one goes directly to the other.

Cons: Setting up the marketing part has taken me a little more time. Wish it was as straight-forward as the contact management.

Overall: I love being able to go to one place for all my contacts.

Pros: I was able to keep and control the data base and use the calendar, which has been critical to my team.

Cons: I don't know it well enough to utilize all the options. I get frustrated that I don't know how to utilize all the functions -- and until I know how to use them, I know I am missing out on some great uses.

Pros: The price and it works great for people on a budget. It did everything I needed it to do starting out in real estate.

Cons: It's not as robust as other programs out there. I have actually switched over to another CRM program. I do still have this one currently at this moment. It looks a bit outdated and could use an upgrade and maybe make it a bit easier to use. The program I switched over to was Boomtown which is great, they set up a site for you and you also get leads. My zillow leads automatically get uploaded into Boomtown also.

Overall: It's been great starting out. The experience I have been happy with and if I had to do over again I would. I'm sure agents that do more business than myself probably still use it, but where I'm at in sales I felt I needed a more robust system.

Pros: The breadth of tools within the CRM is great. From the single property website and landing pages, to the transaction management and checklists. There is a lot in there and I have only scratched the surface.

Cons: The flow is a little tough to get a handle on. Lots of integrations and finding the best workflow has been a challenge for me.

Overall: Customer service is great, great price point, good team management and lots of integrations with other tools that I was already using. Good CRM, their tutorials are good, and they are there to answer any questions you have!

Pros: I couldn't run my business without this software - it's easy to use and the support team are highly responsive when I need help :)

Cons: The only thing I would like to do is to be able to import my wiseagent calendar to my google one instead of the other way around

Overall: I use Wiseagent for Transaction Coordination and it allows the process to be smooth and easy to stay on track with customizable checklists.

Pros: The software is good for capturing client contact information as well as help aid in monthly newsletter preparation.

Cons: The integration with MailChimp can feel a little clunky and I wish there was a more improved way for clients to enter in mandatory information like their names and not just an email address.

Overall: My social media assistant had some difficulty with the MailChimp integration and never heard back from support. I wish there were better detailed online training so that we can utilize this system completely. The videos online are too basic. Other than that, it's a great communication tool.

Pros: Wise Agent is easy to use and doesn't try to nickel and dime you. I like the month-to-month contract (even though I have been with them for years!). The response time for customer service is fantastic, too.

Cons: I wish I knew when updates happened. I know an owl shows up on the screen, but I would prefer to get an email telling me more about the update. When I see the owl, I am usually in the middle of something and don't look at it.

Overall: I coach and train agents now. I often recommend Wise Agent. I have used other CRMs in the past, but I have stuck with Wise Agent for many reasons.

Pros: Easy to use. Easy to export my list to print or make mailing labels. Easy to sort my A's and print. I like the monthly newsletters. I like that I can find everything from the app on my phone.

Cons: The phone app does not let me stay logged in for more than a minute or so

Overall: Very useful and easy to use the support is quick to reply
