I don't know, I'm trying to get past the Customer service part other wise its a great product. If the word processor wasn't trash I may have been able to complete what I wanted to do without an agent. Lets get the customer service that you're known for back \[sensitive content hidden\]!!!

I've been with wise agent for several years no and my experience with the product is excellent. Easy to use, easy to set up, and super easy to stay in contact with your database. It has a ton of integrations option which can be useful and the best part...it doesn't cost you 1/3 of your commission check per month. Great product....Buuuuuut - Cons

Cons

All I can say is with the exception of the word processor within Wise Agent which by the way happens to be total trash! Wise Agent is great. For the better part of my subscription with Wise Agent, Customer service was 100% awesome. You were able to reach Knowledgeable staff that had all the answers and if they didn't they would make it their priority to get you an answer and response time was always top notch! NOT ANY MORE!!! I don't know what happened but all of a sudden all calls are being handled by overseas agents that are completely lost. I spent the better part of 30 minutes just trying to articulate to the agent on what I wanted to accomplish, I would get put on hold and then the agent would come back and ask me more questions about what I'm trying to accomplish and then get put on hold and so the story keeps going. I finally just hung up! \[sensitive content hidden\]...really? why did you destroy your customer service reputation like this...it is really bad...worse than Lionsdesk...that's not good for customer retention.

Pros

Integrations, especially with Zip Forms, which is very handy. Support is excellent. I also like the fact that the company has not been bought out by a large conglomeration.

Cons

What they have is great and there is not much not to like. I wish it had a couple of features which would make it my only CRM as I use another one for a couple of their features to go along with Wise Agent.

Wise Agent has many features that I use every day. Their customer support is fantastic, with 24/7 availability. They also provide frequent webinars to showcase different features.

Pros

The many features available in one platform - contact management, transaction management, and calendar, to name a few.

Cons

The interface could be improved to have a more updated look. Functionality is there, definitely. Better graphics would be a plus.

I'm switching from wise agent to another CRM that can provide the necessary support needed

I have no pros to report. I recent obtain the program and I'm canceling my subscription today.

Cons

Wise Agent was recommended through my coaching program and the experience was not the best. I requested assistance and the in speaking with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] for an overview of the product was not helpful at all. After going through a few of the tabs. I left more confused. I asked if there was a way for me to training on how to use the software it was suggested YouTube. If I'm going to purchase the software my expectation is to get the necessary support so that I can utilize it to run my business as a real estate agent successfully.

Pros

Wise Agent has just the right features for my business. The calendar helps keep me on track, the contact management helps keep me in touch with my clients, and the integrations with Google and other platforms are great time savers.

Wise Agent is very easy to use, or at least for me. It has 24/7 user support, that's great, as well as sending personalized emails to a large group of people, and finally the price, I consider it very well.
