Overall Wise Agent is an easy, clear tool to use for a CRM, calendar and checklist (until lately).

Pros

Very user-friendly. It has a lot of feature we like: CRM, calendar that connects to google calendar, transaction checklist, task list.

Cons

We use the transaction checklist daily, and is one the reason we keep our Wise Agent account. However, lately you changed the looked and functionality of the checklist and its become very difficult to use. We liked the "at a glance" format you had before - now we can only see about 3 of our list items at a time using the scroll bar. This simple change has made difficult to use, and see what still outstanding without scrolling, scrolling, scrolling... We are currently looking into other checklist systems and may discontinue our Wise Agent account.

A basic app would be cool so i could see my daily call list and click through each contact more seamlessly. The main reason i went with wiseagent over liondesk was the fact that my company uses mailchimp a ton and liondesk didn’t have that. My last suggestions would be to have wiseagent and mailchimp sync contacts automatically...unless theres a free way to do that I don’t know about?

Pros

Overall I’m happy with the program and it does a lot of things right. Being able to import/export my contacts easily is huge and the integrations are great.

Cons

The ui and responsiveness seem a little dated in comparison to others in the market. I was last on liondesk and the ui seemed a little less glitchy, had some cool info graphics, and was a bit cleaner. I would also like to see birthdays and other dates used more effectively... as in showing on the calendar and syncing to my phone calendar or sending me a notification. Unless I’m on the crm regularly I’ll miss those. A few other features i miss from liondesk was daily task emails sent to me automatically and the ability for users to upload and share their drip campaigns.

I think it's a great product. I love it.

Pros

The ability to implement landing pages and leads directly into the CRM. The commissions tracker to keep focused on my goals. The tasks manager.

Cons

The inability to separate incoming leads from going into the main database pool. It would be helpful to quality them first. Or some sort of grading system for them as they are worked through he pipeline.

I have had a great experience in not only getting started but in using it. It's one of my mainstays for handling clients. I have not only recommended Wise Agent to at least a dozen realtors I coach but will continue to do so in the future!

Ease of use; many different aspects that I can incorporate for not only myself but my team as well

A bit cumbersome in the documents sections

Wise agent is a great CRM. Some stock holiday emails that could be personalized would be appreciated. Generally easy to use, some parts not as much. The call to be made area-for some reason you always have to remember to click which person is adding that info and who the client belongs to, otherwise, it doesn't translate. Some stock photos/emails would be nice to send during the different holidays/seasons.

Pros

It was easier to use years ago. Nothing too fancy, just functional.

Cons

Some things didn't seem intuitive (I'm over 60).

Pros

I really appreciate all of the integrations that are available to make the CRM features more robust.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of anything that I did not like about the software. It is easy to use and provides so many features that it is hard not to love it.

Pros

The customer service is amazing and fast. I appreciate their flexibility in working with me and my needs.

Cons

It is not as intuitive as I wish. I can't copy and paste a whole address I have to type each component.

I have neglected my SOI because I find it too difficult to use the program.

Pros

Easy to log in to and easy to find a contact in the separate categories.

Cons

Harder to use than I would like. I can't change or delete the preset 'Income/Expense Type' categories in Accounting to suit my preferred name or category. I use less than one third of the preset categories. It makes my tax accounting difficult as I have to figure out where to put my expenses and remember what category they are under in the presets instead of naming the category what I want it so I can file it conveniently and find it conveniently.

I have been using Wise Agent for many years. The only reason I haven't changed to another CRM is because of the time needed to change, and the price is so cheap. But, if given what I know now about wise agent, I would never have used the product in the first place.

Pros

This product is one of the least expensive available.

Cons

Constant difficulty logging in, unable to log in. No phone App, which is incredibly inconvenient for users. Platform is outdated and inconsistent.

Pros

The product was recommended by our local Real Estate Board and I started with a free version and then signed up for a subscription after the 30 day trial. I appreciate how it integrates with my gmail based email account, SMS text messages, keeps me organized. Their customer service is FANTASTIC. I've recommended to more than 9 colleagues so far.

Cons

Not a fan of how there are so many add on features that will cost me extra, such as text messaging from the site, and additional landing pages (monthly rate includes 1 free landing page). Would also be nice if email would sink with email accounts other than google ones...I had to switch my hosting company because of this.

Good overall experience, but the software is not always intitive and is a bit difficult to learn. It does a good job for the money, though.

Pros

Ability to store and retrieve documents. Being able to see all contractual deadlines on one calendar.

Cons

It is not user-friendly, especially in the area of Vendors and Contacts

I follow up with all of my clients with it, send newsletters, and I'm just beginning to figure out how to interface with facebook and instagram,

Pros

It's pretty easy to use, and if you hit a snag you can ask for help and within a day you get a straight answer.

Cons

Actually I'm pretty happy about everything. I would prefer if I could prioritize follow up so that high priority tasks would appear first in the calendar for that day. You can prioritize and it flags the task, but it isn't scheduled in any particular order, as far as I can see. This is a VERY small complaint in what is otherwise a damn good set of programs

It does just what I want it to do. It helps me manage my client and customers and Ieads. The customer service is response and friendly.

Pros

1\. Very Dependable 2. Great Customer service . 3 Comprehensive Tools. 4. Affordable 5. Integrations with other services.6. Generally easy to use

Cons

1\. Some of the HTML Editing needs to be simplified and more intuitive and more graphic with drop and drag layout possibilities For dummies like me . I would really like to be able to include links behind pictures and text rather than the actual URL.

Reason for choosing Wise Agent

Price was the biggest factor at the time. But customer service and its functionality keep me . But please don't raise the price.

The staff was very nice. The cost is very misleading every extra feature costs extra. I would be careful before signing up and call to asked a lot of questions.

Pros

The best part on wiseagent you could call 24/7 and speak to someone. Email response was pretty quickly.

Cons

It is very hard to use. Drip Campains are not very useful. The training call was ok, but for each additional question you had to register for another training or watch a video. When asking specific questions staff went over option but never explain what was asked. Adding client was good but the layout for each client was a little confusing. Every extra feature: texting (extra cost), enhancing customer profile (extra cost) the price was very misleading.

Pros

Does everything I need for a CRM at a much lower cost. When investigating other systems I thought I would give Wise Agent a try and if I didn't like it I would move to a more expensive system, but after using it I have no need to switch.

Cons

App has some limitations over website. For putting in reminders for scheduled appointments the App doesn't allow this to be done.

My overall experience with The Wise Agent CRM is good. It does 90% of everything I need it to do (no software is 100%). If was to give it a grade, it would be a "solid A".

Pros

Transaction coordination with up to 5 team members for a reasonable price. Ability to send out mass email (usually I do this only once per month). The ability to store documents in the software. The ability to have all the parties involved in a transactions and critical dates / task / to do lists.

Cons

I would like to be able to eliminate sections of the software (i.e. commission tracker - I don't use it) and have the ability to customize the home menu in the order I would like it.
