Good CRM, their tutorials are good, and they are there to answer any questions you have! Pros The breadth of tools within the CRM is great. From the single property website and landing pages, to the transaction management and checklists. There is a lot in there and I have only scratched the surface. Cons The flow is a little tough to get a handle on. Lots of integrations and finding the best workflow has been a challenge for me. Review Source Brian R. Their team responds within MINUTES (Yes, minutes) of submitting a question or request. No waiting for a chat bot or being on hold. You receive an email reply within minutes. Cons I wish the email marketing was a bit more user friendly. I get better tracking and analytics from other email marketing software. Switched from [Pipeliner CRM](https://www.capterra.com/p/125911/Pipeliner-CRM/) Pipeliner was ridiculously expensive and our team disliked it, so they weren't using it to its full potential. Pros I have used Wise Agent for many many years as my database -- I love that it can search for information on a new contact. Other features I love: (a) ease of using on my mobile phone; (b) the call list, and © the ease of creating campaigns. Cons I wish I didn't have to log in each time on my mobile device. There is a lot more to it than I have been using. Pros Being about to quickly access an address of a client. Cons All my addresses seem to have disappeared! I need to contact support to get the issue resolved, but I've been busy and haven't had a chance. No idea why all my addresses would disappear! November 21, 2018 4.0 My social media assistant had some difficulty with the MailChimp integration and never heard back from support. I wish there were better detailed online training so that we can utilize this system completely. The videos online are too basic. Other than that, it's a great communication tool. Pros The software is good for capturing client contact information as well as help aid in monthly newsletter preparation. Cons The integration with MailChimp can feel a little clunky and I wish there was a more improved way for clients to enter in mandatory information like their names and not just an email address. July 23, 2019 5.0 Wise Agent has allowed me to track and stay in contact with every lead, client (past and present), etc. that I have added to the system. This has allowed me to convert leads to paychecks on people I have tracked for up to 7 years! No one slips through the cracks anymore. Pros I love that this program is easy to use in the management of my CRM. It does everything I need and more. I love that Wise Agent is constantly innovating, improving and adding new features. Cons Nothing really. I have been happy with this program. That's why even though I have tried others through the years, nothing has pulled me away from Wise Agent. All my client and prospect history is over there, so I'm probably going to switch back. Pros LOTS of features, decent design. One you create a work flow (which is pretty time intensive) it works pretty well. Cons Not quite intuitive, too many steps involved in setting up transactions, doesn't serve up call lists as easily as I would like. Pros The current product that I was using did not have the capability of putting in Anniversary and Birthday dates which are very important. There are also many extras that I could use if needed. Having a mobile app also helped when not in the office. It was very helpful having videos tutorials to guide me through all the steps. Cons I'd love to see more holiday and occasion templates in the image library for emails. I love being able to send those out, but feels like I send the same ones every year. Regarding follow ups, it would be great to have a recurring follow up option. Ie weekly, monthly, follow ups, were I plug in one reminder, check a box and the system know to reminds me three months later, rather than having to manually enter follow ups everytime. Cons When they make changes to their software and tools and don't communicate or say when I call when something isn't working properly....no one else is having that issue...for 2 days then acknowledge it...very frustrating. I have trained several agents to use the program, locally and in other states. I have not found another system that keeps allows me to see the most important info on my file and tracks my tasks efficiently. Pros Transaction Coordinating - There are a lot of systems out there to choose from - what I like most about Wise Agent is that I can adjust closing dates and all the tasks associated with those dates adjust. I like knowing what tasks are past due, due today and upcoming. It very clearly pulls all my files together and I can quickly see what needs to be focused on at any given time. Cons I like a lot of the new design updates but I miss being able to see the checklist tasks. I have to scroll through them and I'm concerned I will miss something. It has literally saved us from having to add an extra person to follow up on our many transactions. Wise Agent takes care of it for us. Pros Wise Agent is the perfect solution for any real estate company who needs to manage several listings. It tracks each transaction and even has a reminder daily check list to follow so that nothing falls through the cracks. Cons I wish you could customize the transactions a little more. If you want to print out a list of your Contacts with their names and addresses, you can do this by using the drop down menu titled Print Media. After you select your contacts and select Contact List from the Print Media drop down, it will take you to a preview of the list you are about to print. Also, to search for a word in your contact notes you can use the search tool bar in the Contact Notes tab next to the Customer Summary. Wise Agent keeps all my clients and vendors organized and we love the integrations wise agent offers. Pros Easy to use and navigate, very little learning curve. Transaction checklists, and integrations with other platforms. Cons The task feature is clunky and ineffective. The most recent collapsing of tasks and file sections is not user friendly to the point that we are looking to find an alternative CRM. You should be able to see all the task/files at once if you so choose. Pros Wise Agent is easy to use, I am pretty low tech. When I do have an issue, support is quick to respond and assist me. I also like that I am able to go into each contact and see whether they are opening e-mails or not. Cons Currently I can only send out 500 e-mails/day, which means when I do notification to my entire database, I have to break it up into 2 days. This was not a feature until fairly recently.
