I have been an Ambassador for Wise Agent for years. I recommend it to all the new agents who join our company.

Pros

It's really user-friendly for the most part. Very easy to add a contact and I LOVE that it adds contacts to my Google contacts. I really like the branding features and that I can create multiple templates.

Cons

I do not know all that I can do with email features. It would be nice to get a quick "how to" video email to explain how to use various features.

### "Honest feedback on Wise Agent"

Wise Agent has been GREAT & I've been using it for years. Easy to use. Very affordable with my budget. Highly recommend especially when your a new agent like I was 13 years ago...

Pros

Love the Tax part where I can enter invoices & it keeps a tally of the year & all I have to do is print it out & take with me to my tax accountant.

Cons

On tax part would love if there were more categories that pertain to things we need to enter for taxes. I just have to end up putting them over in Misc.

### "Easy to use CRM"

My experience overall has been wonderful! I recently need to add a user to a transaction and the support team was so helpful. We had it set up within 5 minutes. My business didn't miss a beat.

Pros

The software is user friendly. I didn't have a lot of time to invest into learning a new software. But I was able to try it out for 30 days. It was easy to use and there were tutorial already set up for you to view. I new within the first two days I would be purchasing it.

Cons

Trying to set up email campaigns. It was a bit challenging at first but once I got the hang of it it's been great!

Reason for choosing Wise Agent

I chose Wise Agent because they made it simple to set up and that impacted my business in a powerful way.

Great customer service and the software gives me the two functions I value most: a good calendar and a good way to keep track of my clients.

Pros

Love the Contact Notes feature which allows you to back-date notes, so if you get behind on note input, your notes can be based on the date the event happened and not the date the information was inputted, like some systems. Also, love the calendar that syncs with phone.

Cons

Do not like the email function. The message format looks dated.

### "Best CRM/Transaction Management Over Other Poplular Solutions"

Loving the drip campaigns and adding clients to them post closing and for nurturing.

Pros

I used this software when I was part of a team in 2014 and had used it for 7 years. Customized it to the hilt and used it daily for my team transactions, calendar and CRM. I researched for months before committing back then and again this time before committing as a single user in a different state. It still beats out other solutions out there by far due to the ability to customize it.

Cons

The text solutions is a bit clunky and I wish it was more seamless with an Iphone. Not sure how it works on an adroid product. There has to be a better text solution than sitting with a phone in your hand. Also, the ability to sync email into each contact when you are not using a gmail email solution. My broker has my email account on lock down due to fraud and therefore non of my email conversations come over. Wish there was a better solution for this.

Customization - hands down. Along with the all inclusive solution - transaction management, drip campaigns with lead tracking, Calendar, team management and more.

We are able to use it in conjunction with Constant Contact. I track my leads with it by coding them (BLD SLD Past Client etc)

Pros

It's easy to use. Also we use the monthly newsletter to keep in touch with our database.

Cons

Wish we could do transaction management with it.

### "Great CRM for the Money"

Keeping track of clients and timelines.

Pros

I've had a subscription to Wise Agent for 10 years. It's a robust CRM that can almost anything you need it to do. It will sync with google, etc. The customer support people are awesome and easy to reach.

Cons

There is SO Much that it CAN do, I get overwhelmed.

### "The Integrations are great!"

Being able to manage my contacts, along with the history of my interactions with them has been great! i.e. not having to go to separate platforms to perform a certain action and the history is only in those spots.

Pros

I love not only the amount of integrations (because there are quite a few) but specifically, I love the integrations with BombBomb and Zipforms. Two platforms I was already using but now I can control them from one source! Sending emails and controlling my contacts information is easy as well with Wise Agent. I highly recommend them...and I have!

Cons

If I had to say what I like least, it would have to be the templates for fliers and emails. They are decent but what I've found with all CRM's is that they either are really good with the database stuff (the CRM) or they are really good with the marketing materials. I have yet to find one with both aspects.

Try everything else then come over to or come back to Wise Agent last and stay. I use the newsletters, checklists, drip campaigns, contact notes, integrations, and support. I've try all kinds of CRM and I keep coming back to Wise Agent because the best CRM is the one you use.

### "Wiseagent keeps me in Track"

It’s been good I am glad I have it especially for some forms of record keeping. I like the fact that I can log appointments and other events in Wiseagent without a worry that a software Update will wipe them out. If I don’t want data to disappear, this is one of the places I store some kind of data.

Pros

I love the way I can notate my events and conversations I have with clients and edit them later if I find that I missed writing down some important aspect of a meeting or conversation.

Cons

It is hard to use and it took me a while to get used to it. There’s too much fluff and not enough basic buttons to use. Even contacts are obscured sometimes in an effort to push The marketing partners.

Able to categorize my client base and treat in separate ways. Able to print out mass mailings.

Pros

The Wise Agent includes most of what you would want or expect from a customer relationship management (CRM) software. But.......

Cons

The software is not as intuitive as one might hope or expect. Some operations either don't exist or so hidden that they can't be found (ex. printing multiple address labels for a customer and printing a desired number of return address labels as opposed to 30, 60 or 90). It is frustrating when you select a group from your data base and then realize that a landing spot needed to be created, first. You can't select a group and then name the category. And, if you can do the above examples, then it is not intuitive.

### "A good CRM start"

I like the interface in WA better than the less expensive CRM I had been using. Having a UI that compels the user to log in is critical. That being said, I found myself being irritated in one small place or another, and so I logged in less and less (I also got busier, which doesn’t help, and my self discipline admittedly lacks at times).

Pros

Like many CRMs, there is far more functionality than I will ever use as a solo practitioner. Also like most CRMs, they work better the more one uses them. There is a lot I like about Wise Agent - the calendar view on the home screen comes to mind. I like that snapshot of the month and my client events all in one quick look.

Cons

I am not a team. Wise Agent is far more designed for agents who work in teams. I also wish there were the ability to customize fields more so. Little things, like being able to tab between fields would be helpful too. Some of the UI is clunky.

This program makes me look good. I can't imagine working without this software. I was able to create multiple templates and work with them on a daily basis. Life savor program!

Cons

There was a recent upgrade and I no longer care for how a new checklist is created. There has been some confusion among my team on how to maneuver through the new process of adding in clients and transaction addresses.

Has a lot of the same types of features that other CRM’s have plus you can do mass emails they also integrate with other platforms and open house apps very easy to use and get started

Would like if they had there own dialer so you stay in wise agent instead of having to keep both open when making calls, also would be nice if you could text in the CRM platform with a that you already have

Ease of use. My small team can all access the site at any time and update information in real-time. Exporting client data is super simple. The best feature of WA is its customer service. Hands down the best of any technology company I have ever worked with.

I really appreciate that they have LIVE support!!! There is only the one con, other than that, I really like Wise Agent.

Pros

It does most everything I need it to do.

Cons

I use Microsoft Outlook. When I send an email to a client via Wise Agent, the email responses I get from clients will not come back into Wise Agent. They will only go to my outlook account. It does make it more difficult to track those communications.
