### "EASY to use!!!"

It allowed me to take a number of systems I wanted to set up... and had already set up and get them all into one convenient place!

Pros

It pretty simple and doesn't require a degree to use it. It make the process simple and links to many of the things I want it to link to!

Cons

I would really love it if it had a dedicated app and could link with with a couple other pieces of software.

We have a mobile web application for easy access on the go...just open your phone's browser and go wiseagent.com, login to your account, and a message will pop up asking if you want to save to your home screen. This will save an icon that you can click on anytime! Also, if you have suggestions on any integrations you'd like to see added, please send those to help@wiseagent.com and we will gladly add them to the list! We are always making updates to improve the system for our users!

### "Great CRM for Realtors!"

The software notifies us our client's birthdays, when to follow up with certain clients, when tasks need to be completed and most importantly deadlines regarding contracts.

Pros

This software is extremely user friendly. As most CRM's, what you put into it, is what you get out of it. This give you a daily plan, if you utilize the software properly.

Cons

There are no real negatives regarding this software for our business.

If you are looking for a great CRM that is easier to use than the most well-known, this is your platform.

Pros

I liked most the ability to keep notes on clients, sync emails from gmail, set up scheduled calls and stay up to date.

Cons

I didn't get into the campaigns much and found them harder to use than other drip campaign software.

Pretty familiar, but I don't really use all the marketing tools.

Pros

Easy to sort contacts, set up custom groups and sources, and print mailing labels.

Cons

Disjointed in some places, such as adding notes. This may be a user issue (me), but I have contacts I want to keep, but they aren't active. But when I want to see only my active clients, I have to set a filter and run a sort. I'd like to keep those old leads somewhere where I don't have to see them all the time.

I have been using it for years and it had helped me stay in touch with my clients and grow my business.

Pros

I love how much I can do with this system - lots of features to help me stay in touch with my clients - CRM, email, newsletters, drip campaigns. I love that I can customize my transaction checklists, newsletters, emails, etc and that all my contacts (clients and vendors) are all in one place.

Cons

The mobile version can use a little work. And the design if the newsletters can use an update.

It is specifically designed for real estate professionals and is easy to use

Cons

No merging capabilities and doesn’t allow you to put in an email without a name attached to it - only pulls main persons name on record - but not the spouses name affiliated with it

Pros

Notifications are helpful, and immediate!

Cons

I wish they had more Levels of Use, as different Assistants need to be on different 'need to know' formats. Not all Assistants need All the Information from the Main Database that I created. This would help.

Cons

I would like more templates for letters. I have new leads highlighted better when they come in.

Pros

Easability! The time I save keeping in touch with my clients allows me additional time to focus on other needs for my clients. I have been utilizing Wise Agent since it first hit the market and it has improved my market share considerably and freed up my time for family and friends. Love it!!!

Any person on my team can have access to any transaction via any device at anytime. Track all database contact, calls, emails and texts.i know exactly what I need to do everyday through the calendar and follow up system Love it

Pros

Needed a system that could track all transactions and our individual database for everyone on my team for the least amount of money

Not clear notification when updates are made. Would waste time trying to figure changes to the system

Overall, I enjoy using it. It would be helpful for me to spend more time with the program to see what other functions I could take advantage of.

Pros

I like how organized my contact list is and how I'm able to store notes and other client information right inside my contact list. It is easy to sort contacts into catagories and I also love the monthly email newsletter templates. They make it easy to keep in touch with my clients! The calendar reminders and ability to color code appointments, also a plus!

Cons

I would like to have no limit on the amount of emails I can send in a day. Currently, I have to send my email newsletter over a period of three days, because of the restrictions.

Pros

Ease of use. The dashboard is a great way to see what I have to do at a glance. You can also make the client's profile as simple or intricate as you like.

Cons

I wish the newsletter feature formatted better. The format changes pretty drastically depending what type of email the client uses (Outlook, Yahoo, Gmail, etc.)

I'm sure there are many helpful functions available that I do not use daily. Have never really had the time to look into this.

Pros

I like that I no longer have to save any data that I add.

Cons

I would like to be able to enter data or dates in the Critical Dates template fields, not one or the other. Also that function would be great in reverse for the Important Fields.

I needed a CRM that wouldn't cost too much but would do everything I needed from anywhere I am.

Pros

So easy to learn each module. So easy to work the data base.

Cons

There isn't anything I really don't like. We called to get further directions about doing multiple coding of the clients. The customer service was AMAZING!

Pros

Wise agent is a very user friendly programs plus their support staff is excellent. When you do need help, they take all the time necessary to help with or solver your issues. The system is easy to navigate and everything ties together. Great system for the money.

Cons

I honestly have not found anything I dislike.

Pros

Integration with other programs such as listing to leads.

Cons

Some of the functions are not is as intuitive as I would like them to be. Tech support is always very helpful so that makes up for some of the hidden functions.

We switched from Top Producer and expected it to be less robust. WHile this is true, it is a good program but it remains i need of further development

Pros

The format is relatively simple and there is not the need to put in double entries like we found in Salesforce

Cons

It doe snot seamlessly- there seems to be strong disconnects between property/ transaction records and the persons record. It would be very helpful to be able to pull up a persons personal file and have all of the information handy

Hi Jeff! We've recently added some features that allow you to tie a property to a contact that you may not be aware of. From the Edit Property page, you can now see the "Attached Contacts/Vendors" section. You may also find value in the Transaction Management features - there you can store all the information about a transaction with dates of completion for each and every task! It even includes unlimited document storage, so all your forms and files are all in one place.

My assistant can easily input new contacts and print mailing labels.

Pros

It's easy to enter new contacts and group them. I can print mailing labels easily as well (a key function in our office necessary for multiple mailings).

Cons

I find it difficult to log activities for each client. I'm not sure they post and refreshing the screen doesn't really help. And then when I move to NEXT on the screen it opens another page to go to the next client, eventually leaving me with multiple tabs open. Also, I wish my vendors were able to listed both as vendors as well as contacts.

Reason for choosing Wise Agent

My assistant chose the product as it was the most economical for the basics we were looking to include.

Why is a fast, flexible, tab based CRM The functions very well 14s or multiuser . The system is easy to use and offers a magnificent value

The thing I like the least in the software package is the necessity of verifying every data entry prior to it being saved

Pros

Overall Wise Agent is easy to get started. Upload your existing database and you are set to start. I like the ease to create specific transaction templates. Once you have it set you can easily track your transactions as you move forward toward closing. Overall, if you are looking for a simple easy to use data management tool with newsletter and interfaces to 3rd party lead gen sources. Try Wise Agent.

Cons

Customizing the newsletter is not as easy as it should be.

At first, the onboarding was enthusiastic. But this seems like another platform which could not get the ball rolling to what their expectations were. I do not like the look of Wiseagent, a bit cartoonish for me.

Pros

I liked the "idea" that Wise Agent was going to integrate with my Zip Form account. I like the marketing options. I would like to be of any help that I could to get this software working better.

Cons

The software was going to integrate with my ZipForm account. It really does not. In fact, to use them together is still just another step. Zip Forms has a boilerplate input form. This form is not recognized by WiseAgent. So really I am putting contact info in only. I am looking for one that truly does transaction and CRM. I moved from Ixact and often think I made a mistake.

The benefits are staying in front of my clients often. I like the holiday emails that are easy to set up and the newsletter is another great way to stay in front of clients. I also like the letters and personal birthday and anniversary greetings that I can send via email.

Pros

It has the information already there. You don't have to re-invent the wheel. If you want to change any of the material, you can easily edit it to fit your needs.

Cons

I would like to have more updated information. I've been using it for awhile and some of the information is the same information from a couple of years ago. Other than that, it's a great CRM to use. I would also like to see information that can be used on social media (FB).
